永恆主這麼說：『牧人怎樣從獅子口中搶救出兩條羊腿，或斷片耳朵，那住撒瑪利亞、的以色列人半躺在床角上、或床榻繡毯上的、其蒙搶救也必怎樣。』

耶和华如此说：“牧人怎样从狮子口中抢回两条羊腿或半个耳朵，住撒玛利亚的以色列人躺卧在床角上或铺绣花毯的榻上，他们得救也不过如此。”

耶和华如此说：“牧人怎样从狮子口中抢回两条腿或耳朵的一小片，住撒玛利亚的以色列人得救也是如此，不过抢回床的一角和床榻的靠枕而已。”

耶和华这样说：“牧人从狮子口中，只能夺回一双羊腿和一角耳朵；住在撒玛利亚的以色列人获救也是这样，他们只剩下一角床榻，半边褥子（“他们只剩下一角床榻，半边褥子”，这句原文意义不详，或译：“他们躺卧在华丽的床上，睡在铺上绣花毯子的榻上”）。

耶和華又曰、譬彼牧童、脫羊二足一耳、出於獅口、以色列族居撒馬利亞及大馬色、若偃卧於床隅、必蒙救援亦若是、

主如是云、譬彼牧者、脫羊二足足或作股一耳、出於獅口、或作主如是云有獅攫羊牧人但能由獅口救羊二股一耳居撒瑪利亞之以色列人、偃臥於床隅、及鋪以大瑪色花毯之榻上、其中得救者、亦祗若是、

This is what the Lord says:“ As a shepherd rescues from the lion’s mouth only two leg bones or a piece of an ear, so will the Israelites living in Samaria be rescued, with only the head of a bed and a piece of fabric from a couch.”

The Lord says,“ Suppose a shepherd saves only two leg bones from a lion’s mouth. Or he might save only a piece of an ear. That is how the Israelites living in Samaria will be saved. They will only have a board from a bed and a piece of cloth from a couch.”

Thus says the Lord:“ As the shepherd rescues from the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear, so shall the people of Israel who dwell in Samaria be rescued, with the corner of a couch and part of a bed.

This is what the Lord says:“ A shepherd who tries to rescue a sheep from a lion’s mouth will recover only two legs or a piece of an ear. So it will be for the Israelites in Samaria lying on luxurious beds, and for the people of Damascus reclining on couches.

The LORD says: As the shepherd snatches two legs or a piece of an ear from the lion’s mouth, so the Israelites who live in Samaria will be rescued with only the corner of a bed or the cushion of a couch.

This is what the Lord says:“ Just as the shepherd snatches from the lion’s mouth a couple of legs or a piece of an ear, So will the sons of Israel living in Samaria be snatched away— With the corner of a bed and the cover of a couch!

Thus says the Lord:“ As a shepherd takes from the mouth of a lion Two legs or a piece of an ear, So shall the children of Israel be taken out Who dwell in Samaria— In the corner of a bed and on the edge of a couch!

Thus saith Jehovah: As the shepherd rescueth out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear, so shall the children of Israel be rescued that sit in Samaria in the corner of a couch, and on the silken cushions of a bed.

The Lord says: As the shepherd snatches two legs or a piece of an ear from the lion’s mouth, so the Israelites who live in Samaria will be rescued with only the corner of a bed or the cushion of a couch.

Thus saith the LORD; As the shepherd taketh out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus[ in] a couch.

This is what the LORD says:“ Just as a shepherd salvages from the lion’s mouth a couple of leg bones or a piece of an ear, so the Israelites who live in Samaria will be salvaged. They will be left with just a corner of a bed, and a part of a couch.”

Yahweh says:“ As the shepherd rescues out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear, so shall the children of Israel be rescued who sit in Samaria on the corner of a couch, and on the silken cushions of a bed.”

有禍啊那些躺在象牙床上，在床榻上伸着懶腰，喫羣中現挑的羊羔，和棚間之肥牛犢的！

大衛對掃羅說：『你僕人給父親牧羊；有時來了獅子或熊，從羣中捉起一隻羊羔去；我就出去追牠，擊打牠，將羊羔從牠口中搶救出來。牠起來猛撲我，我便揪着牠的鬍子，擊打牠，將牠殺死。你僕人不但擊死了獅子，也擊死了熊；這沒受割禮的非利士人向永活的上帝罵陣，也必像這些野獸之一那樣。』大衛說：『那援救我脫離獅子的爪和熊爪的永恆主、他也必援救我脫離這個非利士人的手。』掃羅對大衛說：『你去吧；永恆主必和你同在。』

因為在這小孩子還不曉得叫父叫母之先，大馬色的資財和撒瑪利亞被擄掠之物就要被搬到亞述王面前去了。』

因為永恆主對我這樣說：獅子和少壯獅子怎樣咆哮而護着所抓撕的，就使你喊叫滿山的牧人來攻擊牠，牠也不因他們的聲音而驚慌，不因他們的喊喝而屈伏；照樣，萬軍之永恆主也必怎樣下來，覆庇在錫安的山和岡陵上。

但上帝的回諭對他說甚麼呢？『我為自己留下了七千人、是沒有向巴力屈過膝的。』照樣看來，就是在現今這時期、也仍然有按恩典的揀選所留下的餘數呢。

米該雅說：『看吧，你進一間儘內屋去藏匿那一天就必看見。』

便哈達對王說：『我父親從你父親所奪取的城市我都要歸還；你可以在大馬色立街市，像我父親在撒瑪利亞立街市一樣。』亞哈說：『我就憑這個約放你走。』便和他立約，放他走。

『即使他們挖到了陰間，就是從那裏、我的手也必把他們捉出來；即使他們爬上天去，就是從那裏、我也必將他們拿下來。即使他們藏在迦密山頂，就是從那裏、我也必搜尋去捉出來；即使他們隱藏在海底、離開我眼前，就是從那裏、我也必吩咐蛇去咬他們。

亞述王應允了他，就上去攻打大馬色，奪取那城，使它的居民流亡到吉珥，又將利汛殺死。

關於大瑪色的神託之言。看吧，大馬色就要被廢棄、不再為城了！它必變作頹廢亂堆。亞蘭的城市必被撇棄，作為羊羣的住處；羊必躺在那裏，也沒有人驚嚇牠們。以法蓮的堡壘必被拆毁，大馬色的國權必被廢除，亞蘭的餘民必消滅，正如以色列的威榮消滅：這是萬軍之永恆主發神諭說的。當那日子雅各的威榮必衰落，他皮肉的肥胖必消瘦。

其餘的逃到亞弗城內；剩下的二萬七千人、城牆塌陷在他們身上了。便哈達也逃跑；進了城裏一間儘內屋。
