He said:“ The Lord roars from Zion and thunders from Jerusalem; the pastures of the shepherds dry up, and the top of Carmel withers.”

He said,“ The Lord roars like a lion from Jerusalem. His voice sounds like thunder from Zion. The grasslands of the shepherds turn brown. The top of Mount Carmel dries up.”

And he said:“ The Lord roars from Zion and utters his voice from Jerusalem; the pastures of the shepherds mourn, and the top of Carmel withers.”

This is what he saw and heard:“ The Lord’s voice will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem! The lush pastures of the shepherds will dry up; the grass on Mount Carmel will wither and die.”

He said: The LORD roars from Zion and makes his voice heard from Jerusalem; the pastures of the shepherds mourn, and the summit of Carmel withers.

And he said,“ The Lord roars from Zion, And from Jerusalem He utters His voice; And the shepherds’ pasture grounds mourn, And the summit of Carmel dries up.”

And he said:“ The Lord roars from Zion, And utters His voice from Jerusalem; The pastures of the shepherds mourn, And the top of Carmel withers.”

And he said, Jehovah will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the pastures of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.

He said: The Lord roars from Zion and raises His voice from Jerusalem; the pastures of the shepherds mourn, and the summit of Carmel withers.

And he said, The LORD will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.

Amos said:“ The LORD comes roaring out of Zion; from Jerusalem he comes bellowing! The shepherds’ pastures wilt; the summit of Carmel withers.”

He said:“ Yahweh will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the pastures of the shepherds will mourn, and the top of Carmel will wither.”

“耶和华必从锡安吼叫，从耶路撒冷发声，天地就震动。耶和华却要作他百姓的避难所，作以色列人的保障。

“所以你要向他们预言这一切的话，攻击他们，说：‘耶和华必从高天吼叫，从圣所发声，向自己的羊群大声吼叫；他要向地上一切的居民呐喊，像踹葡萄的一样。

这地悲哀，通国的青草枯干，要到几时呢？因其上居民的恶行，牲畜和飞鸟都灭绝了。他们曾说：“他看不见我们的结局。”

耶和华必像勇士出去，必像战士激动热心，要喊叫，大声呐喊，要用大力攻击仇敌。

虽然藏在迦密山顶，我必搜寻，捉出他们来；虽然从我眼前藏在海底，我必命蛇咬他们；

地上悲哀衰残；黎巴嫩羞愧枯干；沙仑像旷野；巴珊和迦密的树林凋残。

王的威吓如同狮子吼叫；惹动他怒的，是自害己命。

粮食不是在我们眼前断绝了吗？欢喜快乐不是从我们神的殿中止息了吗？谷种在土块下朽烂；仓也荒凉，廪也破坏；因为五谷枯干了。牲畜哀鸣；牛群混乱，因为无草；羊群也受了困苦。

素祭和奠祭从耶和华的殿中断绝；侍奉耶和华的祭司都悲哀。田荒凉，地悲哀；因为五谷毁坏，新酒干竭，油也缺乏。农夫啊，你们要惭愧；修理葡萄园的啊，你们要哀号；因为大麦小麦与田间的庄稼都灭绝了。葡萄树枯干；无花果树衰残。石榴树、棕树、苹果树，连田野一切的树木也都枯干；众人的喜乐尽都消灭。祭司啊，你们当腰束麻布痛哭；伺候祭坛的啊，你们要哀号；侍奉我神的啊，你们要来披上麻布过夜，因为素祭和奠祭从你们神的殿中断绝了。

“在收割的前三月，我使雨停止，不降在你们那里；我降雨在这城，不降雨在那城；这块地有雨，那块地无雨；无雨的就枯干了。这样，两三城的人凑到一城去找水，却喝不足；你们仍不归向我。”这是耶和华说的。

“犹大悲哀，城门衰败。众人披上黑衣坐在地上；耶路撒冷的哀声上达。

我必再领以色列回他的草场，他必在迦密和巴珊吃草，又在以法莲山上和基列境内得以饱足。”

耶和华在他军旅前发声，他的队伍甚大；成就他命的是强盛者。因为耶和华的日子大而可畏，谁能当得起呢？

必开花繁盛，乐上加乐，而且欢呼。黎巴嫩的荣耀，并迦密与沙仑的华美，必赐给它。人必看见耶和华的荣耀，我们神的华美。

我遇见他们必像丢崽子的母熊，撕裂他们的胸膛。在那里，我必像母狮吞吃他们；野兽必撕裂他们。

他斥责海，使海干了，使一切江河干涸。巴珊和迦密的树林衰残；黎巴嫩的花草也衰残了。

在玛云有一个人，他的产业在迦密，是一个大富户，有三千绵羊，一千山羊；他正在迦密剪羊毛。

主耶和华若不将奥秘指示他的仆人众先知，就一无所行。狮子吼叫，谁不惧怕呢？主耶和华发命，谁能不说预言呢？”
