以利沙禱曰、求耶和華明其目、使能得見。耶和華遂明少者之目、俾其得見、以利沙所居之山岡、車騎四集、似火炎炎。敵既至、以利沙禱耶和華曰、請使此民、目眯不明。敵遂目眯、應以利沙所求。以利沙謂之曰、此非其途、此非其城、爾當從我、爾所求之人、我導爾至其地。遂導之至撒馬利亞。入城以利沙曰、願耶和華明斯眾之目、俾其得見。耶和華遂明其目、使得見、乃知在撒馬利亞邑中。
