弟兄们，关于睡了的人，我们不愿意你们不明白，免得你们忧伤，就像其他那些没有盼望的人一样。

妩媚是虚假的，美貌是虚幻的；唯有敬畏耶和华的女子必受称赞。愿她享受自己手中的果实，愿她所做的使她在城门口受称赞！

记念义人带来祝福，恶人的名却必朽烂。

有些虔诚的人把司提反埋葬了，为他大大地悲伤。

耶稣对他们说：“这就是我还与你们在一起的时候，对你们说过的话：摩西的律法、先知书和诗篇上所记的有关我的一切事，都必须应验。”

彼得伸手扶她站起来，又叫圣徒们和寡妇们进来，把活过来的多卡丝交给他们。

因为人如果有乐意之心，就会照着他所拥有的蒙悦纳，并不是照着他所没有的蒙悦纳。

我与他们在一起的时候，我奉你的名，就是奉你赐给我的名保守了他们，也护卫了他们。他们当中除了那灭亡之子以外，没有一个人失落。这是为要应验经上的话。

要知道，你们总是有穷人与你们在一起，但你们不总是有我。

在神我们的父面前，不住地记念你们在我们主耶稣基督里的信仰的行为、爱心的劳苦，以及对盼望的忍耐。

在约帕有一个女门徒，名叫塔比莎——“塔比莎”翻译出来意思是“羚羊”。她尽做美善工作，常行施舍。就在那些日子里，她患病死了。人们清洗了遗体，就放在楼上的房间。

她尽她所能的做了。她是为我的安葬，预先膏抹了我的身体。

在那些日子里，门徒增多。说希腊语的犹太人抱怨那些说希伯来语的犹太人，因为他们的寡妇在每日的服事上被忽略了。

如果有弟兄或姐妹衣不蔽体，又缺乏日用的食物，而你们当中有人对他们说：“平平安安地去吧！愿你们穿得暖、吃得饱！”，却不给他们身体所需要的，这有什么好处呢？信仰也是这样：如果没有行为，这信仰就是死的。

耶稣回答说：“唉，这个不信、歪曲的世代！我还要与你们在一起多久呢？我还要容忍你们多久呢？把孩子带到我这里来吧！”

偷窃的，不可再偷，反而要劳苦做工，亲手做有益处的事，好使自己能有所得，分给有需要的人。

我衣不蔽体，你们给我穿；我患了病，你们照顾我；我在监狱里，你们探望我。’“那时义人将回答说：‘主啊，我们什么时候见你饿了就给你吃，见你渴了就给你喝呢？我们什么时候见你在异乡就收留了你，见你衣不蔽体就给你穿呢？又什么时候见你患病或在监狱里，就到你那里去呢？’

要知道，你们总是有穷人与你们在一起，但你们不总是有我。”

在一切事上，我都给你们做了榜样：必须这样地劳苦做工来扶助软弱的人，并且要记住主耶稣自己说过的话：‘施比受更加蒙福。’”

孩子们哪，让我们不在语言或口头上相爱，而在行为和真理中相爱，

凡是你手当做的，你都当极力去做；因为在你必去的阴间没有工作，没有筹划，没有知识，也没有智慧。
