但亚拿尼亚回答：“主啊，我听见许多人说起这个人，他在耶路撒冷作了许多苦害你圣徒的事；

使徒作了见证，讲了主的道，就回耶路撒冷去，一路上在撒玛利亚人的许多村庄里传扬福音。

在耶路撒冷的使徒，听见撒玛利亚居民领受了神的道，就差派彼得和约翰到他们那里去。

我写信给各位住在罗马，为神所爱，蒙召为圣徒的人。愿恩惠平安从我们的父神和主耶稣基督临到你们。

而且坟墓开了，许多睡了的圣徒的身体也复活了，

后来就在耶路撒冷这样作了。我得到了众祭司长授权，把许多圣徒关在监里，并且他们被杀的时候，我也表示同意。

彼得伸手扶她起来，叫圣徒们和寡妇都进来，把多加活活地交给他们。

可是圣灵降临在你们身上，你们就必领受能力，并且要在耶路撒冷、犹太全地、撒玛利亚，直到地极，作我的见证人。”

为要看顾正直人的路径，护卫虔诚人的道路。

至于世上的圣民，他们都是尊贵荣美的人，全是我所喜爱的。

奉神旨意作基督耶稣使徒的保罗，写信给住在以弗所，在基督耶稣里忠心的圣徒。

反而因为看见我受托传福音给没有受割礼的人，就像彼得受托传福音给受割礼的人一样，（因为运行在彼得里面，使他作受割礼者的使徒的那一位，也运行在我里面，使我作外族人的使徒，）又知道我蒙了神的恩，那几位被誉为柱石的雅各、矶法和约翰，就向我和巴拿巴伸出右手互相许诺，我们要到外族人那里去传福音，他们要到受割礼的人那里去传福音；
