But Barnabas took him and brought him to the apostles. He told them how Saul on his journey had seen the Lord and that the Lord had spoken to him, and how in Damascus he had preached fearlessly in the name of Jesus.

亞拿尼亞遂往、入其室、手按之曰、兄弟掃羅爾來時、途中所見主耶穌、遣我使爾得見、感於聖神、

耶路撒冷會聞此、遣巴拿巴往安提阿、

遂於會堂、以基督為上帝子示人、眾聞、奇之曰、此非在耶路撒冷、殘賊凡籲斯名者乎、今至此、欲繫是徒、解祭司諸長歟、掃羅志益堅、辯折大馬色之猶太人、證耶穌為基督、○

保羅、巴拿巴、與之大爭辯論、眾定意遣保羅、巴拿巴、及數人、上耶路撒冷、見使徒長老、以此端問之、

巴拿巴掃羅施濟事畢、同攜約翰名馬可者、自耶路撒冷而返、

保羅巴拿巴與眾人居安提阿教誨傳主福音道、○越數日、保羅謂巴拿巴曰、吾儕當復往昔傳主道諸邑、顧我兄弟何如、巴拿巴欲攜約翰名馬可者、保羅思馬可、昔在旁非利亞離己、不偕行共事、故不攜之、二人爭競、彼此離別、巴拿巴攜馬可、航海往居比路、

事主禁食時、聖神曰、我召巴拿巴、掃羅、授以職、爾曹當甄別之、以成其事、

亦為我求、得啟口侃侃傳道、闡福音之奧、是以我為基督使、雖繫鐵索、得侃侃言、如所當言、

其餘猶太人相率為偽、誘巴拿巴、亦效尤焉、

彼三人素有名譽、為教之柱石、知主賜我斯恩、故施其右手、交我及巴拿巴、使我往教異邦人、而彼往教受割者、

抑我及巴拿巴、非得不工而食乎、

卒現與我、然我若未及產期而生者、
