At once he began to preach in the synagogues that Jesus is the Son of God.

who was appointed the Son- of- God- in- power according to the Holy Spirit by the resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord.

The tempter came and said to him,“ If you are the Son of God, command these stones to become bread.”

Give sincere homage! Otherwise he will be angry, and you will die because of your behavior, when his anger quickly ignites. How blessed are all who take shelter in him!

But I tell you, from now on you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power and coming on the clouds of heaven.”Then the high priest tore his clothes and declared,“ He has blasphemed! Why do we still need witnesses? Now you have heard the blasphemy!What is your verdict?” They answered,“ He is guilty and deserves death.”

He trusts in God– let God, if he wants to, deliver him now because he said,‘ I am God’s Son’!”

“ To the angel of the church in Thyatira write the following:“ This is the solemn pronouncement of the Son of God, the one who has eyes like a fiery flame and whose feet are like polished bronze:

I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. So the life I now live in the body, I live because of the faithfulness of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
