At about the ninth hour of the day, he clearly saw in a vision an angel of God coming to him, and saying to him,“ Cornelius!”

When Yahweh saw that he came over to see, God called to him out of the middle of the bush, and said,“ Moses! Moses!” He said,“ Here I am.”

Yahweh called Samuel again the third time. He arose and went to Eli and said,“ Here I am; for you called me.” Eli perceived that Yahweh had called the child.Therefore Eli said to Samuel,“ Go, lie down. It shall be, if he calls you, that you shall say,‘ Speak, Yahweh; for your servant hears.’” So Samuel went and lay down in his place.Yahweh came, and stood, and called as at other times,“ Samuel! Samuel!” Then Samuel said,“ Speak; for your servant hears.”

Yahweh called Samuel. He said,“ Here I am.”

The angel of God said to me in the dream,‘ Jacob,’ and I said,‘ Here I am.’

Now while Peter was very perplexed in himself what the vision which he had seen might mean, behold, the men who were sent by Cornelius, having made inquiry for Simon’s house, stood before the gate,and called and asked whether Simon, who was also called Peter, was lodging there.While Peter was pondering the vision, the Spirit said to him,“ Behold, three men seek you.But arise, get down, and go with them, doubting nothing; for I have sent them.”

‘ It will be in the last days, says God, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh. Your sons and your daughters will prophesy. Your young men will see visions. Your old men will dream dreams.

but if he says,‘ I have no delight in you;’ behold, here I am. Let him do to me as seems good to him.”

He said,“ Now hear my words. If there is a prophet among you, I, Yahweh, will make myself known to him in a vision. I will speak with him in a dream.

Then the secret was revealed to Daniel in a vision of the night. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven.
