我要把他們像羊羔、公綿羊和公山羊一樣帶往宰殺之地。

你使我們如被宰殺的羊，將我們分散在列國。你把我們廉價賣掉，視我們一文不值。

然而，我默不作聲，連好話也不出口時，內心就更加痛苦。

正如聖經上說：「為了你，我們終日出生入死，被視為待宰的羊。」

我好像一隻被牽去宰殺的馴良羊羔，不知他們要謀害我。他們說：「我們把這棵樹連果子一同毀滅，從世上除掉它，使它被遺忘吧！」

我默然不語，一言不發，因為我受的責罰是出於你。

而是靠無瑕無疵的代罪羔羊——基督的寶血。

耶穌禱告說：「父啊，赦免他們！因為他們不知道自己在做什麼。」士兵抽籤分了耶穌的衣裳。

這是要應驗祂以前說的：「你賜給我的人一個也沒有失掉。」這時，西門·彼得帶著一把刀，他拔刀向大祭司的奴僕馬勒古砍去，削掉了他的右耳。耶穌對彼得說：「收刀入鞘吧！我父賜給我的杯，我怎能不喝呢？」
