腓利呢、卻在亞鎖都有人看見。他走遍所有的城市傳福音，直到該撒利亞。

我得了從上帝來的庇佑，所以站立得穩、直到這一天，不但對卑小的人、也對尊大的人、作見證。所說的不外乎神言人們和摩西所講必須發生的事，就是：上帝所膏立者怎樣必須受害，怎樣必須首先藉着那從死人中起來的復活、而把亮光傳布給這人民、以及外國人。』

又差遣使者在他前面。他們就去，進了撒瑪利亞的一個村莊、要為他豫備。那裏的人卻不接待他，因為他面向着耶路撒冷走去。他的門徒雅各約翰看見了，就說：『主啊，你願意我們吩咐火從天上降下來，燒滅他們麼？』耶穌轉過身來責備他們。就往別的村莊去了。

西拉和提摩太從馬其頓下來的時候，保羅正為這道所催迫，專向猶太人鄭重地證明上帝所膏立者就是耶穌。

他們便和保羅定了一個日子，就有許多人到寓所來、受他招待。保羅從早到晚對他們講解，透徹證明上帝之國，不但引了摩西的律法書、也引了神言人的書、將耶穌的事勸導他們相信。

你們呢、也要作見證，因為從起初你們就同我在一起。

所以你們要知道、上帝這拯救已經傳送給外國人了；他們倒要聽。』

但聖靈一臨到你們，你們就必領受能力，不但要在耶路撒冷，也要在全猶太和撒瑪利亞、直到地極、給我作見證。』

我藉着西拉、我所認為忠信的兄弟、略略地寫信、來勸勉你們，並見證這是上帝真實的恩。在這恩上你們務要站立得住。

不但對猶太人、也對希利尼人、我都鄭重地證明他們在上帝面前應當悔改，對我們主耶穌應當有信心。
