故爾當知上帝之拯救、施於異邦人、

但聖神臨爾時、爾將得能、且於耶路撒冷、徧猶太、撒瑪利亞、以至地極、為我之證、

我畧書此、由我視為忠信之兄弟西拉、遺爾以為勸、且證此為上帝真恩、爾宜堅立其中、

勸猶太人、希利尼人、宜以改悔向上帝、以信向我主耶穌基督、
