When Simon saw that the Spirit was given when the apostles laid their hands on people, he offered them money to buy this power.

Then Naaman and his entire party went back to find the man of God. They stood before him, and Naaman said,“ Now I know that there is no God in all the world except in Israel. Heal the sick, raise the dead, cure those with leprosy, and cast out demons. Give as freely as you have received!

These people always cause trouble. Their minds are corrupt, and they have turned their backs on the truth. To them, a show of godliness is just a way to become wealthy.
