从这日起，耶路撒冷的教会大遭逼迫，除了使徒以外，门徒都分散在犹太和撒玛利亚各处。

又知道所赐给我的恩典，那称为教会柱石的雅各、矶法、约翰，就向我和巴拿巴用右手行相交之礼，叫我们往外邦人那里去，他们往受割礼的人那里去。

打发我们的兄弟在基督福音上作神执事的提摩太前去，坚固你们，并在你们所信的道上劝慰你们，

为此，我们也不住地感谢神，因你们听见我们所传神的道就领受了；不以为是人的道，乃以为是神的道。这道实在是神的，并且运行在你们信主的人心中。

并且在那沉沦的人身上行各样出于不义的诡诈；因他们不领受爱真理的心，使他们得救。

申初祷告的时候，彼得、约翰上圣殿去。有一个人，生来是瘸腿的，天天被人抬来，放在殿的一个门口，那门名叫美门，要求进殿的人周济。他看见彼得、约翰将要进殿，就求他们周济。

撒在好地上的，就是人听道明白了，后来结实，有一百倍的，有六十倍的，有三十倍的。”

弃绝我、不领受我话的人，有审判他的，就是我所讲的道在末日要审判他。

耶稣打发彼得、约翰，说：“你们去为我们预备逾越节的筵席，好叫我们吃。”

这地方的人贤于帖撒罗尼迦的人，甘心领受这道，天天考查圣经，要晓得这道是与不是。

于是领受他话的人就受了洗。那一天，门徒约添了三千人，

那些因司提反的事遭患难四散的门徒直走到腓尼基和塞浦路斯，并安提阿；他们不向别人讲道，只向犹太人讲。但内中有塞浦路斯和古利奈人，他们到了安提阿也向希腊人传讲主耶稣。主与他们同在，信而归主的人就很多了。这风声传到耶路撒冷教会人的耳中，他们就打发巴拿巴出去，走到安提阿为止。

到了耶路撒冷，教会和使徒并长老都接待他们，他们就述说神同他们所行的一切事。
