吾又語汝、爾乃彼得、我將建我會於此磐、而陰府之權、不能勝之、

我自始而示厥終、自昔而言未來之事、謂我所謀者必驗、所悅者必行、

夫上帝既以恩賜予之、一如我儕在信主耶穌基督之時、我何人斯、能阻上帝耶、

司提反以智與神而言、眾莫能禦、

我儕可犯主忌乎、抑力勝於主乎、○

自茲以往、我為上帝、無能奪於我手、我之所為、誰能阻之、○

爾所侮所謗者為誰、向誰揚爾聲、高爾目、乃以色列之聖者也、

上帝安人、誰能罪之、上帝掩面、誰能覲之、於國於人皆然、

曰、主、爾為誰、曰、我乃爾所窘迫之耶穌也、

乃大喧譁、法利賽黨之士子數人、起而爭曰、我見此人無惡、或有神靈、或天使、與之言乎、

土壤瓦礫中之片瓦、與造之者爭辯、其有禍矣、塗泥豈能謂陶人曰、爾何為乎、所造之物豈得曰、彼無手乎、

摩西亞倫入覲法老曰、希伯來人之上帝耶和華諭云、爾於我前、不欲自卑、將至何時、宜釋吾民、使其崇事於我、如不釋之、明日我將使蝗入爾境、掩蔽於地、無隙可見、必食雹所未壞之餘、以及園中諸木、爾之宮庭、及羣臣之第宅、埃及人之家室、咸充斥之、自爾祖父高曾在世、以迄於今、未之見也、摩西返身而退、羣臣奏法老曰、斯人陷我、伊于胡底、宜釋其人、使崇事其上帝耶和華、豈不知埃及危亡乎、

因其舉手以攻上帝、狂傲以敵全能者、彼強厥項、以厚盾衝突之、其面豐腴、其腰肥大、

耶和華云、勿往與兄弟以色列人戰、其各歸家、蓋是事由於我也、眾從耶和華言、遵命而歸、○

昔掃羅為我王時、爾率以色列人出入、耶和華謂爾曰、爾必為我民以色列之牧、而作其君、

爾有臂若上帝乎、能如彼之發雷乎、爾其以光耀威嚴自飾、以尊榮赫奕自衣、傾爾滿溢之怒、觀矜高者而卑之、視驕傲者而降之、踐惡人於其所、同匿之於塵土、蒙其面於幽冥、我則認爾能以右手自救、

蓋我將賜爾才辯智慧、爾諸仇不能抵拒辯駁也、

拉班與彼土利曰、斯事由於耶和華、我儕不能與汝言其是非、

地上居民、悉若無有、彼於天上軍旅、地上億兆、隨意而行、無能阻其手、或詰之曰、爾何為者、

爾所見之十角、乃十王未嘗受國者、但偕獸受權如王僅半時耳、其心咸同、以己能與權予獸、彼將與羔戰、羔將勝之、蓋羔乃諸主之主、諸王之王、偕之者乃見召蒙選忠信之人也、
