saying,“ Did we not strictly command you not to teach in this name? And look, you have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this Man’s blood on us!”

说：“我们不是严严地禁止你们，不可奉这名教导人吗？看，你们倒把你们的道理充满了耶路撒冷，想要叫这人的血归到我们身上！”

说：“我们不是严严地禁止你们，不可奉这名教导人吗？看，你们倒把你们的道理充满了耶路撒冷，想要叫这人的血归到我们身上！”

“我们不是严禁你们奉耶稣的名去教导百姓吗？你们竟然在耶路撒冷各处传道，还想把杀那人的血债归到我们身上！”

“我们严厉地吩咐过你们，不准再奉这名教导。看，你们却把你们的道理传遍了耶路撒冷，想要把流这人的血的责任推到我们身上。”

说：“我们不是严厉地吩咐你们，不可奉这个人的名教导人吗？可是看哪，你们把你们的教导传遍了耶路撒冷，又想把这个人的血归到我们身上。”

「我們不是嚴嚴地禁止你們，不可奉這名教訓人嗎？你們倒把你們的道理充滿了耶路撒冷，想要叫這人的血歸到我們身上！」

說：「我們不是嚴嚴地禁止你們，不可奉這名教導人嗎？看，你們倒把你們的道理充滿了耶路撒冷，想要叫這人的血歸到我們身上！」

說：「我們不是嚴嚴地禁止你們，不可奉這名教導人嗎？看，你們倒把你們的道理充滿了耶路撒冷，想要叫這人的血歸到我們身上！」

「我們不是嚴禁你們奉耶穌的名去教導百姓嗎？你們竟然在耶路撒冷各處傳道，還想把殺那人的血債歸到我們身上！」

“我們嚴厲地吩咐過你們，不准再奉這名教導。看，你們卻把你們的道理傳遍了耶路撒冷，想要把流這人的血的責任推到我們身上。”

『我們再三地囑咐了你們、不可奉這個名教訓人。你看，你們倒把你們的教訓充滿了耶路撒冷，想要引這人的血債歸到我們身上來呢！』

說：「我們不是嚴厲地吩咐你們，不可奉這個人的名教導人嗎？可是看哪，你們把你們的教導傳遍了耶路撒冷，又想把這個人的血歸到我們身上。」

我儕曾嚴戒爾曹、勿以斯名訓誨、爾乃以爾教徧布耶路撒冷、欲以斯人之血歸我儕也、

我儕非嚴禁爾曹、勿以此名訓人乎、爾乃遍耶路撒冷播教、欲以此人之血歸咎我也、○

我儕非嚴禁爾曹勿以此名訓人乎、乃遍耶路撒冷、傳播爾教、欲以此人之血、歸咎我也、

『吾未嚴禁爾曹勿復奉斯名而教人乎？今則反以其道徧傳耶路撒冷、豈欲以其人之血歸諸吾身乎？』

“ We gave you strict orders not to teach in this name,” he said.“ Yet you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and are determined to make us guilty of this man’s blood.”

“ We gave you clear orders not to teach in Jesus’ name,” he said.“ But you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching. You want to make us guilty of this man’s death.”

saying,“ We strictly charged you not to teach in this name, yet here you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching, and you intend to bring this man’s blood upon us.”

“ We gave you strict orders never again to teach in this man’s name!” he said.“ Instead, you have filled all Jerusalem with your teaching about him, and you want to make us responsible for his death!”

“ Didn’t we strictly order you not to teach in this name? Look, you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and are determined to make us guilty of this man’s blood.”

saying,“ We gave you strict orders not to continue teaching in this name, and yet, you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and intend to bring this Man’s blood upon us.”

saying, We strictly charged you not to teach in this name: and behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your teaching, and intend to bring this man’s blood upon us.

“ Didn’t we strictly order you not to teach in this name? And look, you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and are determined to bring this man’s blood on us!”

Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man’s blood upon us.

saying,“ We gave you strict orders not to teach in this name. Look, you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching, and you intend to bring this man’s blood on us!”

saying,“ Didn’t we strictly command you not to teach in this name? Behold, you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching, and intend to bring this man’s blood on us.”

And all the people answered and said,“ His blood be on us and on our children.”

Which of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? And they killed those who foretold the coming of the Just One, of whom you now have become the betrayers and murderers,

let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole.This is the‘ stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’

Then it happened, when Ahab saw Elijah, that Ahab said to him,“ Is that you, O troubler of Israel?”And he answered,“ I have not troubled Israel, but you and your father’s house have, in that you have forsaken the commandments of the Lord and have followed the Baals.

that on you may come all the righteous blood shed on the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah, son of Berechiah, whom you murdered between the temple and the altar.Assuredly, I say to you, all these things will come upon this generation.

And whoever falls on this stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.”

So they called them and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.But Peter and John answered and said to them,“ Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you more than to God, you judge.For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.”So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding no way of punishing them, because of the people, since they all glorified God for what had been done.

So the king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat,“ There is still one man, Micaiah the son of Imlah, by whom we may inquire of the Lord; but I hate him, because he does not prophesy good concerning me, but evil.” And Jehoshaphat said,“ Let not the king say such things!”

So Ahab said to Elijah,“ Have you found me, O my enemy?” And he answered,“ I have found you, because you have sold yourself to do evil in the sight of the Lord:

But know for certain that if you put me to death, you will surely bring innocent blood on yourselves, on this city, and on its inhabitants; for truly the Lord has sent me to you to speak all these words in your hearing.”

Therefore the princes said to the king,“ Please, let this man be put to death, for thus he weakens the hands of the men of war who remain in this city, and the hands of all the people, by speaking such words to them. For this man does not seek the welfare of this people, but their harm.”

But you denied the Holy One and the Just, and asked for a murderer to be granted to you,and killed the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses.

Him, being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by lawless hands, have crucified, and put to death;whom God raised up, having loosed the pains of death, because it was not possible that He should be held by it.For David says concerning Him:‘ I foresaw the Lord always before my face, For He is at my right hand, that I may not be shaken.Therefore my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad; Moreover my flesh also will rest in hope.For You will not leave my soul in Hades, Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.You have made known to me the ways of life; You will make me full of joy in Your presence.’“ Men and brethren, let me speak freely to you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.Therefore, being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that of the fruit of his body, according to the flesh, He would raise up the Christ to sit on his throne,he, foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that His soul was not left in Hades, nor did His flesh see corruption.This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses.Therefore being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear.“ For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he says himself:‘ The Lord said to my Lord,“ Sit at My right hand,Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.”’“ Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.”

Then Amaziah the priest of Bethel sent to Jeroboam king of Israel, saying,“ Amos has conspired against you in the midst of the house of Israel. The land is not able to bear all his words.

who killed both the Lord Jesus and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they do not please God and are contrary to all men,forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they may be saved, so as always to fill up the measure of their sins; but wrath has come upon them to the uttermost.

And they agreed with him, and when they had called for the apostles and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.
