主借着使徒们在百姓中行了许多神迹奇事，大家同心合意地在所罗门廊那里聚会。

所以，你要转告以色列人说，‘我是耶和华。我要伸出臂膀重重地惩罚埃及，救赎你们脱离埃及人的辖制，脱离他们的奴役。

彼得叫她们都出去，自己跪下祷告，然后转身对死者说：“戴碧达，起来！”她便睁开了眼睛，看见彼得，就坐了起来。彼得伸手扶她起来后，叫那些在外面等候的门徒和寡妇进来，把活过来的多加交给他们。这事传遍了整个约帕，许多人都信了主。

但耶和华与我同在，祂像勇猛的战士。迫害我的人必一败涂地，羞愧难当，留下永远的耻辱。考验义人、洞悉人心的万军之耶和华啊，求你让我看见你报应他们，因为我已向你禀明冤情。

彼得对他说：“以尼雅，耶稣基督已经医好你了，起来收拾你的垫子吧！”他立刻应声而起。吕大和沙仑的居民看见他，都归向了主。

有哪个神明像你们的上帝耶和华那样在埃及当着你们的面降灾祸、行神迹奇事、兴起战争、伸出臂膀、施展大能的手、以伟大而可畏的作为拯救一族脱离异邦？

耶和华啊，你知道我的遭遇。求你顾念我，眷顾我，报应迫害我的人。求你不要取我的性命，因为你不轻易发怒，你知道我为了你忍受辱骂。

大家都满心敬畏上帝。使徒又行了很多神迹奇事。

人们甚至把病人抬到街上，放在床上或垫子上，希望彼得路过时的影子可以落在病人身上。还有大群的人从耶路撒冷附近的城镇带着病人和被污鬼搅扰的人赶来，他们都得了医治。

你们认识的这个乞丐因为相信耶稣的名，得到了医治。你们都看见了，他能痊愈是因为他信耶稣。

耶稣对他说：“你们不看见神迹奇事，总不相信。”

祂的门徒雅各和约翰见状，说：“主啊，你要我们叫天上的火降下来烧死他们吗？”耶稣转过身来责备他们。接着，一行人改道去另一个村子。

跟随耶稣的人见他们来势汹汹，就说：“主啊，我们该拔刀抵抗吗？”其中一人拔刀朝大祭司的奴仆砍过去，削掉了他的右耳。耶稣却说：“住手！够了！”于是祂摸那奴仆的耳朵，治好了他，
