耶穌對他說：「我就是道路、真理、生命；若不藉着我，沒有人能到父那裏去。

因為，那已經立好的根基就是耶穌基督，此外沒有人能立別的根基。

信子的人有永生；不信子的人得不到永生，而且神的憤怒常在他身上。」

這見證就是：神賜給我們永生，而這永生是在他兒子裏面的。那有神兒子的，就有生命；沒有神兒子的，就沒有生命。

因為只有一位神，在神和人之間也只有一位中保，是成為人的基督耶穌。他獻上自己作人人的贖價；在適當的時候這事已經證實了。

他吩咐我們傳道給眾人，證明他是神所立定，要作審判活人、死人的審判者。眾先知也為這人作見證：凡信他的人，必藉着他的名得蒙赦罪。」

並且人們要奉他的名傳悔改、使罪得赦的道，從耶路撒冷起直傳到萬邦。

我們若忽略這麼大的救恩，怎能逃避呢？這拯救起先是主親自講的，後來是聽見的人給我們證實了。

你們總要謹慎，不可拒絕那向你們說話的，因為那些拒絕了在地上警戒他們的，尚且不能逃罪，何況我們違背那從天上警戒我們的呢？

我必使萬代記念你的名，萬民要永永遠遠稱謝你。

只要你們持守信仰，根基穩固，堅定不移，不致動搖，離開了你們從前所聽見的福音的盼望；這福音也是傳給天下一切被造之物的，我－保羅作了這福音的僕役。

誰能與我對質，使我償還呢？天下萬物都是我的。

水勢在地上極其浩大，普天下所有的高山都淹沒了。

那時，有從天下各國來的虔誠的猶太人，住在耶路撒冷。
