By faith in the name of Jesus, this man whom you see and know was made strong. It is Jesus’ name and the faith that comes through him that has completely healed him, as you can all see.

This man whom you see and know was made strong because of faith in Jesus’ name. Faith in Jesus has healed him completely. You can see it with your own eyes.

And his name— by faith in his name— has made this man strong whom you see and know, and the faith that is through Jesus has given the man this perfect health in the presence of you all.

“ Through faith in the name of Jesus, this man was healed— and you know how crippled he was before. Faith in Jesus’ name has healed him before your very eyes.

伯鐸祿曰：『金與銀、我無有；吾所有、願予爾！吾奉納匝勒人耶穌基督名、命爾起行！』

則爾與義塞民當知納匝勒人耶穌基督、即爾曹所釘於十字架者、天主已賜以復活。此人之所以能獲康復而挺立於爾前者、賴耶穌之名也。

耶穌曰：『吾實語爾、爾第堅信不疑、不特能行之於樹、即命此山自移於海、亦無不成。誠信而禱、所求必獲也。』

坐而恭聽葆樂講道、葆樂凝眸視之、見其具有可致全復之信心、

如是者多日；葆樂不勝其擾、乃顧為鬼曰：『吾奉耶穌基督之名、命汝即離其身！』鬼出、

信者恆有神跡隨之、藉我名以祛鬼魔、以操新語、執蛇飲毒、莫之能害、手按病者、其病必痊。』

宗徒謂主曰：『求主增吾信德。』主曰：『第有信德如芥種、即命此桑樹自拔、而移植於海、亦從爾命矣。

耶穌顧視之曰：『女兒安心、爾信玉汝於成矣。』婦從此康復。

一躍而起、能立且行、乃隨宗徒入殿、健步踴躍、歌頌天主。

曰：『以爾無信故也。蓋吾實語爾、苟有信德如芥子、即命此山自移、亦必從焉；且無事不成也。惟此類魔鬼、非禱與齋、亦不能祛耳。』

命宗徒立於眾前而問之曰、『爾恃何權、奉何名、以行此乎？』

時有猶太人遊行各處、誦咒祛鬼、向中魔者擅稱主耶穌之名曰：『予奉葆樂所傳之耶穌、敕汝等出。』行此者有猶太司祭長士基瓦之二子；然厲鬼答之曰：『耶穌予所識、葆樂予所知；顧爾為何許人耶？』中魔者即猛撲而制之、二人竟裸體負傷而遁戶外。凡居於依法所之猶太人與希臘人、咸聞其事、悉皆震慴。主耶穌之聖名、自是益宏、

使我無愛德、而具先知之靈賦、心通一切玄妙、一切知識、甚至有移山之信、則亦浮華無實耳。

耶穌曰：『宜信天主、吾實語爾、人但能無餒於心、篤信所言必成、即命此山自移而投於海、亦必予成。

不然、則亦應憑予所行事蹟而信之。予切實語爾、凡置信於予者、必能行予之所行、且其所行將有大於斯者以予歸父故也。

夫禮日予人以損割、且不違摩西律法、則予在禮日令人全復、爾乃悻悻嗔予耶？

求爾援手、俾治疾病、並托聖子耶穌之名以行神蹟。』

耶路撒冷宗徒聞沙瑪里民眾領受天主大道、遣伯鐸祿若望二人前往祈禱、俾感聖神。時若輩尚未有一人感受聖神、僅奉耶穌之名受洗而已。
