彼得說：「金銀我都沒有，只把我所有的給你：我奉拿撒勒人耶穌基督的名，叫你起來行走！」

你們眾人和以色列百姓都當知道，站在你們面前的這人得痊癒是因你們所釘十字架、神叫他從死裏復活的拿撒勒人耶穌基督的名。

耶穌回答說：「我實在告訴你們，你們若有信心，不疑惑，不但能行無花果樹上所行的事，就是對這座山說：『你挪開此地，投在海裏！』也必成就。你們禱告，無論求甚麼，只要信，就必得着。」

他聽保羅講道，保羅定睛看他，見他有信心，可得痊癒，

她一連多日這樣喊叫，保羅就心中厭煩，轉身對那鬼說：「我奉耶穌基督的名，吩咐你從她身上出來！」那鬼當時就出來了。

信的人必有神蹟隨着他們，就是奉我的名趕鬼；說新方言；手能拿蛇；若喝了甚麼毒物，也必不受害；手按病人，病人就必好了。」

使徒對主說：「求主加增我們的信心。」主說：「你們若有信心像一粒芥菜種，就是對這棵桑樹說：『你要拔起根來，栽在海裏』，它也必聽從你們。

耶穌轉過來，看見她，就說：「女兒，放心！你的信救了你。」從那時候，女人就痊癒了。

就跳起來，站着，又行走，同他們進了殿，走着，跳着，讚美神。

門徒暗暗地到耶穌跟前，說：「我們為甚麼不能趕出那鬼呢？」耶穌說：「是因你們的信心小。我實在告訴你們，你們若有信心，像一粒芥菜種，就是對這座山說：『你從這邊挪到那邊』，它也必挪去；並且你們沒有一件不能做的事了。

叫使徒站在當中，就問他們說：「你們用甚麼能力，奉誰的名做這事呢？」

那時，有幾個遊行各處、念咒趕鬼的猶太人，向那被惡鬼附的人擅自稱主耶穌的名，說：「我奉保羅所傳的耶穌勅令你們出來！」做這事的，有猶太祭司長士基瓦的七個兒子。惡鬼回答他們說：「耶穌我認識，保羅我也知道。你們卻是誰呢？」惡鬼所附的人就跳在他們身上，勝了其中二人，制伏他們，叫他們赤着身子受了傷，從那房子裏逃出去了。凡住在以弗所的，無論是猶太人，是希臘人，都知道這事，也都懼怕；主耶穌的名從此就尊大了。

他是磐石，他的作為完全；他所行的無不公平，是誠實無偽的神，又公義，又正直。

我若有先知講道之能，也明白各樣的奧祕，各樣的知識，而且有全備的信，叫我能夠移山，卻沒有愛，我就算不得甚麼。

耶穌回答說：「你們當信服神。我實在告訴你們，無論何人對這座山說：『你挪開此地，投在海裏！』他若心裏不疑惑，只信他所說的必成，就必給他成了。

我實實在在地告訴你們，我所做的事，信我的人也要做，並且要做比這更大的事，因為我往父那裏去。

人若在安息日受割禮，免得違背摩西的律法，我在安息日叫一個人全然好了，你們就向我生氣嗎？

使徒在耶路撒冷聽見撒馬利亞人領受了神的道，就打發彼得、約翰往他們那裏去。兩個人到了，就為他們禱告，要叫他們受聖靈。因為聖靈還沒有降在他們一個人身上，他們只奉主耶穌的名受了洗。
