They arranged to meet Paul on a certain day, and came in even larger numbers to the place where he was staying. He witnessed to them from morning till evening, explaining about the kingdom of God, and from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets he tried to persuade them about Jesus.

保羅一連三個月勇敢地在會堂裡傳道，與人辯論上帝國的事，勸導他們。

保羅照以往的習慣進入會堂，一連三個安息日引用聖經與當地人討論，解釋、證明基督必須受害，然後從死裡復活，又說：「我向你們宣講的這位耶穌就是基督。」

基督豈不是要先這樣受害，然後進入祂的榮耀嗎？」耶穌接著從摩西和眾先知的記載開始，把有關自己的經文都向他們講解明白。

然而，我靠著上帝的幫助，到今天還能站在這裡向所有尊卑老幼做見證。我講的不外乎眾先知和摩西說過要發生的事，就是基督必須受害，並首先從死裡復活，將光明帶給猶太人和外族人。」

他在公眾面前有力地駁倒猶太人，引用聖經證明耶穌就是基督。

耶穌對他們說：「我跟你們在一起的時候曾經說過，摩西的律法書、先知的書以及詩篇裡有關我的記載都要應驗。」

腓利就從這段經文入手向他傳耶穌的福音。

現在我站在這裡受審，是因為我盼望上帝給我們祖先的應許。

有個名叫猶推古的青年坐在窗臺上聽道。保羅講了許久，猶推古不勝困倦睡著了，竟從三樓掉了下去。別人將他抱起來時，他已經死了。保羅下去伏在他身上，抱著他對眾人說：「不要驚慌，他還活著！」保羅說完就回到樓上，與大家一同掰餅、用餐，又談了很久，直到天亮才離去。

耶穌說：「我的食物就是遵行差我來者的旨意，完成祂的工作。

保羅每個安息日都到會堂與猶太人和希臘人辯論，勸導他們信主。

亞腓亞姊妹和我們的戰友亞基布，以及在腓利門家裡聚會的弟兄姊妹。
