我們在一切患難中，他就安慰我們，叫我們能用神所賜的安慰去安慰那遭各樣患難的人。我們既多受基督的苦楚，就靠基督多得安慰。我們受患難呢，是為叫你們得安慰，得拯救；我們得安慰呢，也是為叫你們得安慰；這安慰能叫你們忍受我們所受的那樣苦楚。

雅各啊，創造你的耶和華，以色列啊，造成你的那位，現在如此說：你不要害怕！因為我救贖了你。我曾提你的名召你，你是屬我的。你從水中經過，我必與你同在；你蹚過江河，水必不漫過你；你從火中行過，必不被燒，火焰也不着在你身上。

他必不怕凶惡的信息；他心堅定，倚靠耶和華。

其餘的人可以用板子或船上的零碎東西上岸。這樣，眾人都得了救，上了岸。

當夜，主站在保羅旁邊，說：「放心吧！你怎樣在耶路撒冷為我作見證，也必怎樣在羅馬為我作見證。」

保羅對百夫長和兵丁說：「這些人若不等在船上，你們必不能得救。」

人使你降卑，你仍可說：必得高升；謙卑的人，神必然拯救。人非無辜，神且要搭救他；他因你手中清潔，必蒙拯救。

屬以攔的子孫、耶歇的兒子示迦尼對以斯拉說：「我們在此地娶了外邦女子為妻，干犯了我們的神，然而以色列人還有指望。

撒但回答耶和華說：「人以皮代皮，情願捨去一切所有的，保全性命。
