喊叫：「各位以色列人哪，請幫忙！這個人就是那到處教導大家反對我們的民族、律法，反對這地方的！他甚至把希臘人帶進聖殿，玷汙了這聖地。」

祭司長們控告了耶穌很多事。所以彼拉多又問他，說：「你什麼都不回應嗎？你看，他們控告你這麼多的事。」

你們如果因基督的名受責罵，就是蒙福的，因為榮耀的靈，就是神的靈，住在你們身上。你們當中不可有人因殺人、偷竊、作惡、好管閒事而受苦；但如果有人因為是基督徒而受苦，他不應該感到羞恥，反要奉這名來榮耀神；

雖然有許多假見證人上前來，可是他們找不出什麼。後來有兩個人上前來，說：「這個人說過：『我能拆毀神的聖所，三天內又建起來。』」於是大祭司就站起來，問耶穌：「對這些人控告你的事，你什麼都不回應嗎？」

殘暴的見證人起來，質問我不知道的事。

菲斯特斯說：「阿格里帕王和所有在場的各位，你們所看見的這個人，猶太的全體民眾為了他，在耶路撒冷和這裡向我陳情，喊著說他不應該再活下去。

求你不要照著我敵人的願望把我交出去，因為作假見證並口吐凶言的起來攻擊我。
