有一個少年人，名叫猶推古，坐在窗臺上，因為保羅講得很長，他很困倦，沉沉地睡著了，就從三樓跌下來；把他扶起來的時候，已經死了。

然而靠著神的恩典，我得以有了今天，而且他賜給我的恩典並沒有落空；我比眾使徒格外勞苦，其實不是我，而是神的恩典與我同在。

我們為福杯祝禱的時候，難道不是共享基督的血嗎？我們擘餅的時候，難道不是共享基督的身體嗎？

他拿起餅來，感謝了，擘開遞給他們，說：“這是我的身體，為你們捨的，你們應當這樣行，為的是記念我。”

他們和保羅約好了一個日子，到那日有很多人到他的住所來見他。他從早到晚向他們講解，為神的國竭力作見證，引用摩西的律法和先知的話勸他們信耶穌。

那天四分之一的時間，他們站在自己的地方，宣讀耶和華他們的神的律法書；另外四分之一的時間，他們認罪和敬拜耶和華他們的神。

所以你們應當警醒，記念我三年之久，晝夜不停地帶著眼淚勸戒你們各人。

我現在要吩咐你們，不是要稱讚你們，因為你們聚集在一起，並沒有得到益處，反而有害處。首先，我聽說你們在聚會的時候，你們中間起了分裂，這話我也稍微相信。你們中間會有分黨結派的事，這是必然的，為的是要使那些經得起考驗的人顯明出來。你們聚集在一起，不是吃主的晚餐，因為吃的時候，各人都先吃自己的晚餐，結果有人飢餓，有人醉了。難道你們沒有家可以吃喝嗎？還是你們藐視神的教會，使那些沒有的羞愧呢？我向你們可以說甚麼呢？稱讚你們嗎？在這事上我不能稱讚。我當日傳交給你們的，原是從主領受的，就是主耶穌被出賣的那一夜，他拿起餅來，祝謝了，就擘開，說：“這是我的身體，為你們擘開的；你們應當這樣行，為的是記念我。”飯後，照樣拿起杯來，說：“這杯是用我的血所立的新約，你們每逢喝的時候，應當這樣行，為的是記念我。”你們每逢吃這餅，喝這杯，就是宣揚主的死，直等到他來。因此，無論甚麼人若用不合適的態度吃主的餅，喝主的杯，就是得罪主的身體、主的血了。所以人應當省察自己，然後才吃這餅，喝這杯。因為那吃喝的人，如果不辨明是主的身體，就是吃喝定在自己的身上的罪了。因此，你們中間有許多人是軟弱的，患病的，而且死了（“死了”直譯作“睡了”）的也不少。我們若仔細省察自己，就不會受審判了。然而我們被主審判的時候，是受他的管教，免得和世人一同被定罪。所以，我的弟兄們，你們聚集在一起吃的時候，要彼此等待。如果有人餓了，就應當在家裡先吃，免得你們聚集在一起的時候受到審判。其餘的事，我來的時候再作安排。

在水門前面的廣場，從清早到中午，向眾男女和聽了能明白的人宣讀出來。眾民都側耳傾聽這律法書的話。

過了八天，門徒又在屋子裡，多馬也和他們在一起。門戶都關上了。耶穌來了，站在他們中間，說：“願你們平安。”

他們天天同心在殿裡恆切地聚集，一家一家地擘餅，存著歡樂和誠懇的心用飯，

務要傳道；無論時機是否適合，都要常作準備；要以多方的忍耐和教訓責備人、警戒人、勸勉人。
