至、則謂之曰、爾曹知我自初履亞西亞之日、與爾相偕、始終如何、

至則謂之曰、爾曹皆知、我初來亞西亞、居恆與爾何如、

長老既至、保羅謂之曰、自我初來亞西亞之日、以至於今、我在爾曹中始終如何、爾曹知之、

既至、葆樂謂之曰：我自初來亞細亞之日、平素如何與爾相處、爾所知也；

When they arrived, he said to them:“ You know how I lived the whole time I was with you, from the first day I came into the province of Asia.

When they arrived, he spoke to them.“ You know how I lived the whole time I was with you,” he said.“ From the first day I came into Asia Minor,

And when they came to him, he said to them:“ You yourselves know how I lived among you the whole time from the first day that I set foot in Asia,

When they arrived he declared,“ You know that from the day I set foot in the province of Asia until now

When they came to him, he said to them,“ You know, from the first day I set foot in Asia, how I was with you the whole time,

And when they came to him, he said to them,“ You yourselves know, from the first day that I set foot in Asia, how I was with you the whole time,

And when they had come to him, he said to them:“ You know, from the first day that I came to Asia, in what manner I always lived among you,

And when they were come to him, he said unto them, Ye yourselves know, from the first day that I set foot in Asia, after what manner I was with you all the time,

And when they came to him, he said to them:“ You know, from the first day I set foot in Asia, how I was with you the whole time—

When they arrived, he said to them,“ You yourselves know how I lived the whole time I was with you, from the first day I set foot in the province of Asia,

When they had come to him, he said to them,“ You yourselves know, from the first day that I set foot in Asia, how I was with you all the time,

And this continued by the space of two years; so that all they which dwelt in Asia heard the word of the Lord Jesus, both Jews and Greeks.

And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples,

And he came to Ephesus, and left them there: but he himself entered into the synagogue, and reasoned with the Jews.

For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.And ye became followers of us, and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Ghost:

For yourselves know how ye ought to follow us: for we behaved not ourselves disorderly among you;Neither did we eat any man’s bread for nought; but wrought with labour and travail night and day, that we might not be chargeable to any of you:Not because we have not power, but to make ourselves an ensample unto you to follow us.

Giving no offence in any thing, that the ministry be not blamed:But in all[ things] approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,In stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings;By pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned,By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left,By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and[ yet] true;As unknown, and[ yet] well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed;As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and[ yet] possessing all things.O[ ye] Corinthians, our mouth is open unto you, our heart is enlarged.

But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,

For yourselves, brethren, know our entrance in unto you, that it was not in vain:But even after that we had suffered before, and were shamefully entreated, as ye know, at Philippi, we were bold in our God to speak unto you the gospel of God with much contention.For our exhortation[ was] not of deceit, nor of uncleanness, nor in guile:But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.For neither at any time used we flattering words, as ye know, nor a cloke of covetousness; God[ is] witness:Nor of men sought we glory, neither of you, nor[ yet] of others, when we might have been burdensome, as the apostles of Christ.But we were gentle among you, even as a nurse cherisheth her children:So being affectionately desirous of you, we were willing to have imparted unto you, not the gospel of God only, but also our own souls, because ye were dear unto us.For ye remember, brethren, our labour and travail: for labouring night and day, because we would not be chargeable unto any of you, we preached unto you the gospel of God.Ye[ are] witnesses, and God[ also], how holily and justly and unblameably we behaved ourselves among you that believe:

For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world, and more abundantly to you-ward.
