“诸位弟兄，先祖大卫的事，我可以坦然地对你们说：他死了，也埋葬了，而且他的坟墓直到今日还在我们这里。

“诸位弟兄，先祖大卫的事，我可以坦然地对你们说：他死了，也埋葬了，而且他的坟墓直到今日还在我们这里。

“弟兄们，我肯定地对你们说，先祖大卫死了，埋葬了，他的坟墓至今还在这里。

“各位兄弟，关于先祖大卫，我可以明确地告诉你们：他不但死了，也被埋葬了，而且他的坟墓到今天还在我们这里。

「弟兄們！先祖大衛的事，我可以明明地對你們說：他死了，也葬埋了，並且他的墳墓直到今日還在我們這裏。

「諸位弟兄，先祖大衛的事，我可以坦然地對你們說：他死了，也埋葬了，而且他的墳墓直到今日還在我們這裏。

「各位兄弟，關於先祖大衛，我可以明確地告訴你們：他不但死了，也被埋葬了，而且他的墳墓到今天還在我們這裡。

兄弟乎、我試以先祖大衛、侃侃語爾、彼死而葬、其墓存於我中、以迄今日、

兄弟乎、容我明言、先祖大闢、死而葬、至今境內、其墓猶存、

兄弟乎、容我以祖大衛之事、與爾明言、大衛已死而葬、其墓至今、猶在我儕中、

諸兄弟乎！容我直言不諱、先祖大維逝且葬矣、其墓至今猶在。

“ Fellow Israelites, I can tell you confidently that the patriarch David died and was buried, and his tomb is here to this day.

“ Fellow Israelites, you can be sure that King David died. He was buried. His tomb is still here today.

“ Brothers, I may say to you with confidence about the patriarch David that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.

“ Dear brothers, think about this! You can be sure that the patriarch David wasn’t referring to himself, for he died and was buried, and his tomb is still here among us.

“ Brothers and sisters, I can confidently speak to you about the patriarch David: He is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.

“ Brothers, I may confidently say to you regarding the patriarch David that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.

“ Men and brethren, let me speak freely to you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.

Brethren, I may say unto you freely of the patriarch David, that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us unto this day.

“ Brothers, I can confidently speak to you about the patriarch David: He is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.

Men[ and] brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.

“大衛在他自己的世代裡，遵行了神的計劃，就睡了，歸回他列祖那裡，見了朽壞。

你們想一想這人是多麼偉大啊！祖先亞伯拉罕也要從上等的擄物中，拿出十分之一來給了他。

神也賜他割禮為約。這樣，亞伯拉罕生了以撒，第八天就給他行了割禮。後來，以撒生雅各，雅各生了十二位祖先。“祖先妒忌約瑟，把他賣到埃及去，然而神與他同在，

大衛與他的列祖同睡，葬在大衛城裡。
