因爾必不遺我魂於哈底、哈底有譯陰間有譯地獄下同不使爾聖者朽壞、

爾將保吾魂、弗使淪窅冥。寧容聖者軀、沾染朽腐痕。

because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead, you will not let your holy one see decay.

You will not leave me in the place of the dead. You will not let your holy one rot away.

For you will not abandon my soul to Hades, or let your Holy One see corruption.

For you will not leave my soul among the dead or allow your Holy One to rot in the grave.

Because thou wilt not leave my soul unto Hades, Neither wilt thou give thy Holy One to see corruption.

because you will not leave my soul in Hades, nor permit your Holy One to experience decay.

For You will not leave my soul in Sheol, Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.

he, foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that His soul was not left in Hades, nor did His flesh see corruption.

I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.

Jesus said,“ Take away the stone.” Martha, the sister of him who was dead, said to Him,“ Lord, by this time there is a stench, for he has been dead four days.”

For great is Your mercy toward me, And You have delivered my soul from the depths of Sheol.

But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things.

in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

“ And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write,‘ These things says He who is holy, He who is true,“ He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens”:

saying,“ Let us alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are— the Holy One of God!”

The pains of death surrounded me, And the pangs of Sheol laid hold of me; I found trouble and sorrow.

And you, Capernaum, who are exalted to heaven, will be brought down to Hades; for if the mighty works which were done in you had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.

But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave, For He shall receive me. Selah

Then You spoke in a vision to Your holy one, And said:“ I have given help to one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people.

For those who dwell in Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they did not know Him, nor even the voices of the Prophets which are read every Sabbath, have fulfilled them in condemning Him.And though they found no cause for death in Him, they asked Pilate that He should be put to death.Now when they had fulfilled all that was written concerning Him, they took Him down from the tree and laid Him in a tomb.But God raised Him from the dead.He was seen for many days by those who came up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are His witnesses to the people.And we declare to you glad tidings— that promise which was made to the fathers.God has fulfilled this for us their children, in that He has raised up Jesus. As it is also written in the second Psalm:‘ You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.’And that He raised Him from the dead, no more to return to corruption, He has spoken thus:‘ I will give you the sure mercies of David.’Therefore He also says in another Psalm:‘ You will not allow Your Holy One to see corruption.’“ For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell asleep, was buried with his fathers, and saw corruption;but He whom God raised up saw no corruption.

And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

But you denied the Holy One and the Just, and asked for a murderer to be granted to you,
