Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest in hope,

所以，我心里欢喜，我的灵快乐；并且我的肉身要安居在指望中。

因此我的心欢喜，我的口颂赞，我的身体也要活在盼望中。

为此我的心快乐，我的口舌欢呼，我的肉身也要安居在盼望中。

为此我内心欢喜，口舌快乐，并且我的肉身也要安居在盼望中。

所以，我心裏歡喜，我的靈快樂；並且我的肉身要安居在指望中。

所以我心裏歡喜，我的舌頭快樂，而且我的肉身要安居在指望中。

因此我的心歡喜，我的口頌讚，我的身體也要活在盼望中。

為此我的心快樂，我的口舌歡呼，我的肉身也要安居在盼望中。

故此我的心快樂，我的舌頭歡躍，我的肉身還要安居在指望中，

故我心喜、而舌悅、形軀恆於望中、

身葬而有望、

故我心喜、我口樂、我口樂或作我口誦我身在墓而有望、

怡悅充五內、歡愉騰舌端。永寄無窮望、形體亦自安。

So my heart is glad and joy is on my tongue. My whole body will be full of hope.

therefore my heart was glad, and my tongue rejoiced; my flesh also will dwell in hope.

No wonder my heart is glad, and my tongue shouts his praises! My body rests in hope.

You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy,

I will declare your name to my people; in the assembly I will praise you.You who fear the Lord, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, honor him! Revere him, all you descendants of Israel!For he has not despised or scorned the suffering of the afflicted one; he has not hidden his face from him but has listened to his cry for help.
