So my heart is glad and joy is on my tongue. My whole body will be full of hope.

所以，我心里欢喜，我的灵快乐；并且我的肉身要安居在指望中。

因此我的心欢喜，我的口颂赞，我的身体也要活在盼望中。

为此我内心欢喜，口舌快乐，并且我的肉身也要安居在盼望中。

所以，我心裏歡喜，我的靈快樂；並且我的肉身要安居在指望中。

所以我心裏歡喜，我的舌頭快樂，而且我的肉身要安居在指望中。

因此我的心歡喜，我的口頌讚，我的身體也要活在盼望中。

故我心喜、而舌悅、形軀恆於望中、

身葬而有望、

故我心喜、我口樂、我口樂或作我口誦我身在墓而有望、

怡悅充五內、歡愉騰舌端。永寄無窮望、形體亦自安。

Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest in hope,

I will be as satisfied as if I had eaten the best food there is. I will sing praise to you with my mouth.

So my heart is glad. Joy is on my tongue. My body also will be secure.

My lips will shout with joy when I sing praise to you. You have saved me.

You turned my loud crying into dancing. You removed my clothes of sadness and dressed me with joy.

I will announce your name to my people. I will praise you among those who are gathered to worship you.You who have respect for the Lord, praise him! All you people of Jacob, honor him! All you people of Israel, worship him!He has not forgotten the one who is hurting. He has not turned away from his suffering. He has not turned his face away from him. He has listened to his cry for help.
