Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices. Moreover, my flesh will rest in hope,

所以，我心里欢喜，我的灵快乐；并且我的肉身要安居在指望中。

所以，我心裏歡喜，我的靈快樂；並且我的肉身要安居在指望中。

故我心喜、而舌悅、形軀恆於望中、

身葬而有望、

故我心喜、我口樂、我口樂或作我口誦我身在墓而有望、

怡悅充五內、歡愉騰舌端。永寄無窮望、形體亦自安。

Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest in hope,

So my heart is glad and joy is on my tongue. My whole body will be full of hope.

I will proclaim your name to my brothers and sisters; I will praise you in the assembly.You who fear the LORD, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, honor him! All you descendants of Israel, revere him!For he has not despised or abhorred the torment of the oppressed. He did not hide his face from him but listened when he cried to him for help.
