“ Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man clearly attested to you by God with powerful deeds, wonders, and miraculous signs that God performed among you through him, just as you yourselves know–

彼得又曰以色列人乎、宜聽我言、爾知上帝以拿撒勒耶穌、行妙用、奇事異跡、於爾中、實為耶穌立據以示爾、

彼得又曰、以色列人、宜聽我言、天主以拿撒勒耶穌、施行異能奇事妙跡於爾曹中、為耶穌立據以示爾、爾曹皆知之、

義塞人乎、當聆吾言！天主藉納匝勒人耶穌、以異能神蹟行於爾中、而為之證、是固爾所知者。

“ Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know.

“ Fellow Israelites, listen to this! Jesus of Nazareth was a man who had God’s approval. God did miracles, wonders and signs among you through Jesus. You yourselves know this.

“ Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man attested to you by God with mighty works and wonders and signs that God did through him in your midst, as you yourselves know—

“ People of Israel, listen! God publicly endorsed Jesus the Nazarene by doing powerful miracles, wonders, and signs through him, as you well know.

“ Fellow Israelites, listen to these words: This Jesus of Nazareth was a man attested to you by God with miracles, wonders, and signs that God did among you through him, just as you yourselves know.

“ Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a Man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know—

“ Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know—

Ye men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God unto you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him in the midst of you, even as ye yourselves know;

“ Men of Israel, listen to these words: This Jesus the Nazarene was a man pointed out to you by God with miracles, wonders, and signs that God did among you through Him, just as you yourselves know.

Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

“ Men of Israel, hear these words! Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved by God to you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him among you, even as you yourselves know,

came to Jesus at night and said to him,“ Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs that you do unless God is with him.”

Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in me? The words that I say to you, I do not speak on my own initiative, but the Father residing in me performs his miraculous deeds.Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father is in me, but if you do not believe me, believe because of the miraculous deeds themselves.

But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has already overtaken you.

But if I cast out demons by the finger of God, then the kingdom of God has already overtaken you.

while God confirmed their witness with signs and wonders and various miracles and gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will.

When the crowd saw this, they were afraid and honored God who had given such authority to men.

let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel that by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, this man stands before you healthy.

Jesus responded,“ Didn’t I tell you that if you believe, you would see the glory of God?”So they took away the stone. Jesus looked upward and said,“ Father, I thank you that you have listened to me.I knew that you always listen to me, but I said this for the sake of the crowd standing around here, that they may believe that you sent me.”

For we have heard him saying that Jesus the Nazarene will destroy this place and change the customs that Moses handed down to us.”

you know what happened throughout Judea, beginning from Galilee after the baptism that John announced:with respect to Jesus from Nazareth, that God anointed him with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, because God was with him.

When they arrived and gathered the church together, they reported all the things God had done with them, and that he had opened a door of faith for the Gentiles.

So the crowd who had been with him when he called Lazarus out of the tomb and raised him from the dead were continuing to testify about it.

If I do not perform the deeds of my Father, do not believe me.

So the chief priests and the Pharisees called the council together and said,“ What are we doing? For this man is performing many miraculous signs.

Now when the people saw the miraculous sign that Jesus performed, they began to say to one another,“ This is certainly the Prophet who is to come into the world.”

Don’t be afraid, despised insignificant Jacob, men of Israel. I am helping you,” says the LORD, your protector, the Holy One of Israel.

Pilate also had a notice written and fastened to the cross, which read:“ Jesus the Nazarene, the king of the Jews.”

“ But I have a testimony greater than that from John. For the deeds that the Father has assigned me to complete– the deeds I am now doing– testify about me that the Father has sent me.

Now when John heard in prison about the deeds Christ had done, he sent his disciples to ask a question:“ Are you the one who is to come, or should we look for another?”Jesus answered them,“ Go tell John what you hear and see:The blind see, the lame walk, lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor have good news proclaimed to them.Blessed is anyone who takes no offense at me.”

Of course, I myself was convinced that it was necessary to do many things hostile to the name of Jesus the Nazarene.

Indeed, the signs of an apostle were performed among you with great perseverance by signs and wonders and powerful deeds.

So Paul stood up, gestured with his hand and said,“ Men of Israel, and you Gentiles who fear God, listen:

Philip found Nathanael and told him,“ We have found the one Moses wrote about in the law, and the prophets also wrote about– Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”

Do not work for the food that disappears, but for the food that remains to eternal life– the food which the Son of Man will give to you. For God the Father has put his seal of approval on him.”

When the men came to Jesus, they said,“ John the Baptist has sent us to you to ask,‘ Are you the one who is to come, or should we look for another?’”At that very time Jesus cured many people of diseases, sicknesses, and evil spirits, and granted sight to many who were blind.So he answered them,“ Go tell John what you have seen and heard: The blind see, the lame walk, lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, the poor have good news proclaimed to them.Blessed is anyone who takes no offense at me.”

Then one of them, named Cleopas, answered him,“ Are you the only visitor to Jerusalem who doesn’t know the things that have happened there in these days?”

Yet many of the crowd believed in him and said,“ Whenever the Christ comes, he won’t perform more miraculous signs than this man did, will he?”

When Peter saw this, he declared to the people,“ Men of Israel, why are you amazed at this? Why do you stare at us as if we had made this man walk by our own power or piety?

I answered,‘ Who are you, Lord?’ He said to me,‘ I am Jesus the Nazarene, whom you are persecuting.’

shouting,“ Men of Israel, help! This is the man who teaches everyone everywhere against our people, our law, and this sanctuary! Furthermore he has brought Greeks into the inner courts of the temple and made this holy place ritually unclean!”

Then he said to the council,“ Men of Israel, pay close attention to what you are about to do to these men.

So he told them,“ My Father is working until now, and I too am working.”For this reason the Jewish leaders were trying even harder to kill him, because not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was also calling God his own Father, thus making himself equal with God.So Jesus answered them,“ I tell you the solemn truth, the Son can do nothing on his own initiative, but only what he sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, the Son does likewise.For the Father loves the Son and shows him everything he does, and will show him greater deeds than these, so that you will be amazed.

So Jesus said to him,“ Unless you people see signs and wonders you will never believe!”

He came to a town called Nazareth and lived there. Then what had been spoken by the prophets was fulfilled, that Jesus would be called a Nazarene.

For we have found this man to be a troublemaker, one who stirs up riots among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes.

If this man were not from God, he could do nothing.”

If I had not performed among them the miraculous deeds that no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin. But now they have seen the deeds and have hated both me and my Father.

For the king knows about these things, and I am speaking freely to him, because I cannot believe that any of these things has escaped his notice, for this was not done in a corner.
