“ Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a Man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know—

“以色列人哪，请听我的话：神藉着拿撒勒人耶稣在你们中间施行异能、奇事、神迹，将他证明出来，这是你们自己知道的。

“各位以色列人哪，请听这些话：拿撒勒人耶稣是神向你们所证实的人；神藉着他在你们中间行了大能、神迹和奇事，正如你们自己所知道的。

以色列人乎、宜聽斯言、拿撒勒人耶穌、即上帝曾由彼所行於爾中之大能異蹟奇兆、表著於爾、如爾所知者、

彼得又曰以色列人乎、宜聽我言、爾知上帝以拿撒勒耶穌、行妙用、奇事異跡、於爾中、實為耶穌立據以示爾、

彼得又曰、以色列人、宜聽我言、天主以拿撒勒耶穌、施行異能奇事妙跡於爾曹中、為耶穌立據以示爾、爾曹皆知之、

義塞人乎、當聆吾言！天主藉納匝勒人耶穌、以異能神蹟行於爾中、而為之證、是固爾所知者。

“ Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know.

“ Fellow Israelites, listen to this! Jesus of Nazareth was a man who had God’s approval. God did miracles, wonders and signs among you through Jesus. You yourselves know this.

“ Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man attested to you by God with mighty works and wonders and signs that God did through him in your midst, as you yourselves know—

“ People of Israel, listen! God publicly endorsed Jesus the Nazarene by doing powerful miracles, wonders, and signs through him, as you well know.

“ Fellow Israelites, listen to these words: This Jesus of Nazareth was a man attested to you by God with miracles, wonders, and signs that God did among you through him, just as you yourselves know.

“ Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know—

Ye men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God unto you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him in the midst of you, even as ye yourselves know;

“ Men of Israel, listen to these words: This Jesus the Nazarene was a man pointed out to you by God with miracles, wonders, and signs that God did among you through Him, just as you yourselves know.

Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

“ Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man clearly attested to you by God with powerful deeds, wonders, and miraculous signs that God performed among you through him, just as you yourselves know–

“ Men of Israel, hear these words! Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved by God to you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him among you, even as you yourselves know,

this man came to Jesus at night and said to Him,“ Rabbi, we know that You have come from God as a teacher; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”

Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on My own, but the Father, as He remains in Me, does His works.Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me; otherwise believe because of the works themselves.

But if I cast out the demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.

But if I cast out the demons by the finger of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.

God also testifying with them, both by signs and wonders, and by various miracles and by gifts of the Holy Spirit according to His own will.

But when the crowds saw this, they were awestruck, and they glorified God, who had given such authority to men.

let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead— by this name this man stands here before you in good health.

Jesus* said to her,“ Did I not say to you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?”So they removed the stone. And Jesus raised His eyes, and said,“ Father, I thank You that You have heard Me.But I knew that You always hear Me; nevertheless, because of the people standing around I said it, so that they may believe that You sent Me.”

for we have heard him say that this Nazarene, Jesus, will destroy this place and change the customs which Moses handed down to us.”

you yourselves know the thing that happened throughout Judea, starting from Galilee, after the baptism which John proclaimed.You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

When they had arrived and gathered the church together, they began to report all the things that God had done with them and how He had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles.

So the people, who were with Him when He called Lazarus out of the tomb and raised him from the dead, continued to testify about Him.

If I do not do the works of My Father, do not believe Me;

Therefore the chief priests and the Pharisees convened a council meeting, and they were saying,“ What are we doing in regard to the fact that this man is performing many signs?

Therefore when the people saw the sign which He had performed, they said,“ This is truly the Prophet who is to come into the world.”

Do not fear, you worm Jacob, you people of Israel; I will help you,” declares the Lord,“ and your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.

Now Pilate also wrote an inscription and put it on the cross. It was written:“ JESUS THE NAZARENE, THE KING OF THE JEWS.”

But the testimony I have is greater than the testimony of John; for the works which the Father has given Me to accomplish— the very works that I do— testify about Me, that the Father has sent Me.

Now while in prison, John heard about the works of Christ, and he sent word by his disciples,and said to Him,“ Are You the Coming One, or are we to look for someone else?”Jesus answered and said to them,“ Go and report to John what you hear and see:those who are blind receive sight and those who limp walk, those with leprosy are cleansed and those who are deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.And blessed is any person who does not take offense at Me.”

“ So I thought to myself that I had to act in strong opposition to the name of Jesus of Nazareth.

The distinguishing marks of a true apostle were performed among you with all perseverance, by signs, wonders, and miracles.

Paul stood up, and motioning with his hand said,“ Men of Israel, and you who fear God, listen:

Philip* found Nathanael and* said to him,“ We have found Him of whom Moses wrote in the Law, and the prophets also wrote: Jesus the son of Joseph, from Nazareth!”

Do not work for the food that perishes, but for the food that lasts for eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you, for on Him the Father, God, has set His seal.”

When the men came to Him, they said,“ John the Baptist has sent us to You, to ask,‘ Are You the Coming One, or are we to look for another?’ ”At that very time He cured many people of diseases and afflictions and evil spirits; and He gave sight to many who were blind.And He answered and said to them,“ Go and report to John what you have seen and heard: people who were blind receive sight, people who limped walk, people with leprosy are cleansed and people who were deaf hear, dead people are raised up, and people who are poor have the gospel preached to them.And blessed is anyone who does not take offense at Me.”

One of them, named Cleopas, answered and said to Him,“ Are You possibly the only one living near Jerusalem who does not know about the things that happened here in these days?”

But many of the crowd believed in Him; and they were saying,“ When the Christ comes, He will not perform more signs than those which this man has done, will He?”

But when Peter saw this, he replied to the people,“ Men of Israel, why are you amazed at this, or why are you staring at us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made him walk?

And I answered,‘ Who are You, Lord?’ And He said to me,‘ I am Jesus the Nazarene, whom you are persecuting.’

crying out,“ Men of Israel, help! This is the man who instructs everyone everywhere against our people and the Law and this place; and besides, he has even brought Greeks into the temple and has defiled this holy place!”

And he said to them,“ Men of Israel, be careful as to what you are about to do with these men.

But He answered them,“ My Father is working until now, and I Myself am working.”For this reason therefore the Jews were seeking all the more to kill Him, because He not only was breaking the Sabbath, but also was calling God His own Father, making Himself equal with God.Therefore Jesus answered and was saying to them,“ Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, unless it is something He sees the Father doing; for whatever the Father does, these things the Son also does in the same way.For the Father loves the Son and shows Him all things that He Himself is doing; and the Father will show Him greater works than these, so that you will be amazed.

Then Jesus said to him,“ Unless you people see signs and wonders, you simply will not believe.”

and came and settled in a city called Nazareth. This happened so that what was spoken through the prophets would be fulfilled:“ He will be called a Nazarene.”

For we have found this man a public menace and one who stirs up dissensions among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes.

If this man were not from God, He could do nothing.”

If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would not have sin; but now they have both seen and hated Me and My Father as well.

For the king knows about these matters, and I also speak to him with confidence, since I am persuaded that none of these things escape his notice; for this has not been done in a corner.
