“ Men of Israel, listen to these words: This Jesus the Nazarene was a man pointed out to you by God with miracles, wonders, and signs that God did among you through Him, just as you yourselves know.

義塞人乎、當聆吾言！天主藉納匝勒人耶穌、以異能神蹟行於爾中、而為之證、是固爾所知者。

“ Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know.

“ Fellow Israelites, listen to this! Jesus of Nazareth was a man who had God’s approval. God did miracles, wonders and signs among you through Jesus. You yourselves know this.

“ Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man attested to you by God with mighty works and wonders and signs that God did through him in your midst, as you yourselves know—

“ People of Israel, listen! God publicly endorsed Jesus the Nazarene by doing powerful miracles, wonders, and signs through him, as you well know.

“ Fellow Israelites, listen to these words: This Jesus of Nazareth was a man attested to you by God with miracles, wonders, and signs that God did among you through him, just as you yourselves know.

“ Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a Man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know—

“ Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know—

Ye men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God unto you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him in the midst of you, even as ye yourselves know;

Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

“ Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man clearly attested to you by God with powerful deeds, wonders, and miraculous signs that God performed among you through him, just as you yourselves know–

“ Men of Israel, hear these words! Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved by God to you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him among you, even as you yourselves know,

This man came to Him at night and said,“ Rabbi, we know that You have come from God as a teacher, for no one could perform these signs You do unless God were with him.”

Don’t you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me? The words I speak to you I do not speak on My own. The Father who lives in Me does His works.Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me. Otherwise, believe because of the works themselves.

If I drive out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come to you.

If I drive out demons by the finger of God, then the kingdom of God has come to you.

At the same time, God also testified by signs and wonders, various miracles, and distributions of gifts from the Holy Spirit according to His will.

When the crowds saw this, they were awestruck and gave glory to God who had given such authority to men.

let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene— whom you crucified and whom God raised from the dead— by Him this man is standing here before you healthy.

Jesus said to her,“ Didn’t I tell you that if you believed you would see the glory of God?”So they removed the stone. Then Jesus raised His eyes and said,“ Father, I thank You that You heard Me.I know that You always hear Me, but because of the crowd standing here I said this, so they may believe You sent Me.”

For we heard him say that Jesus, this Nazarene, will destroy this place and change the customs that Moses handed down to us.”

You know the events that took place throughout Judea, beginning from Galilee after the baptism that John preached:how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, and how He went about doing good and healing all who were under the tyranny of the Devil, because God was with Him.

After they arrived and gathered the church together, they reported everything God had done with them and that He had opened the door of faith to the Gentiles.

Meanwhile, the crowd, which had been with Him when He called Lazarus out of the tomb and raised him from the dead, continued to testify.

If I am not doing My Father’s works, don’t believe Me.

So the chief priests and the Pharisees convened the Sanhedrin and said,“ What are we going to do since this man does many signs?

When the people saw the sign He had done, they said,“ This really is the Prophet who was to come into the world!”

Do not fear, you worm Jacob, you men of Israel: I will help you— this is the Lord’s declaration. Your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.

Pilate also had a sign lettered and put on the cross. The inscription was: JESUS THE NAZARENE THE KING OF THE JEWS.

“ But I have a greater testimony than John’s because of the works that the Father has given Me to accomplish. These very works I am doing testify about Me that the Father has sent Me.

When John heard in prison what the Messiah was doing, he sent a message by his disciplesand asked Him,“ Are You the One who is to come, or should we expect someone else?”Jesus replied to them,“ Go and report to John what you hear and see:the blind see, the lame walk, those with skin diseases are healed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor are told the good news.And if anyone is not offended because of Me, he is blessed.”

In fact, I myself supposed it was necessary to do many things in opposition to the name of Jesus the Nazarene.

The signs of an apostle were performed with great endurance among you— not only signs but also wonders and miracles.

Then Paul stood up and motioned with his hand and said:“ Men of Israel, and you who fear God, listen!

Philip found Nathanael and told him,“ We have found the One Moses wrote about in the Law( and so did the prophets): Jesus the son of Joseph, from Nazareth!”

Don’t work for the food that perishes but for the food that lasts for eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal of approval on Him.”

When the men reached Him, they said,“ John the Baptist sent us to ask You,‘ Are You the One who is to come, or should we look for someone else?’”At that time Jesus healed many people of diseases, plagues, and evil spirits, and He granted sight to many blind people.He replied to them,“ Go and report to John the things you have seen and heard: The blind receive their sight, the lame walk, those with skin diseases are healed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor are told the good news.And anyone who is not offended because of Me is blessed.”

The one named Cleopas answered Him,“ Are You the only visitor in Jerusalem who doesn’t know the things that happened there in these days?”

However, many from the crowd believed in Him and said,“ When the Messiah comes, He won’t perform more signs than this man has done, will He?”

When Peter saw this, he addressed the people:“ Men of Israel, why are you amazed at this? Or why do you stare at us, as though we had made him walk by our own power or godliness?

“ I answered,‘ Who are You, Lord?’“ He said to me,‘ I am Jesus the Nazarene, the One you are persecuting!’

shouting,“ Men of Israel, help! This is the man who teaches everyone everywhere against our people, our law, and this place. What’s more, he also brought Greeks into the temple and has profaned this holy place.”

He said to them,“ Men of Israel, be careful about what you’re going to do to these men.

But Jesus responded to them,“ My Father is still working, and I am working also.”This is why the Jews began trying all the more to kill Him: Not only was He breaking the Sabbath, but He was even calling God His own Father, making Himself equal with God.Then Jesus replied,“ I assure you: The Son is not able to do anything on His own, but only what He sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, the Son also does these things in the same way.For the Father loves the Son and shows Him everything He is doing, and He will show Him greater works than these so that you will be amazed.

Jesus told him,“ Unless you people see signs and wonders, you will not believe.”

Then he went and settled in a town called Nazareth to fulfill what was spoken through the prophets, that He will be called a Nazarene.

For we have found this man to be a plague, an agitator among all the Jews throughout the Roman world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes!

If this man were not from God, He wouldn’t be able to do anything.”

If I had not done the works among them that no one else has done, they would not have sin. Now they have seen and hated both Me and My Father.

For the king knows about these matters. It is to him I am actually speaking boldly. For I am convinced that none of these things escapes his notice, since this was not done in a corner.
