Ye men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God unto you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him in the midst of you, even as ye yourselves know;

以色列人乎、宜聽斯言、拿撒勒人耶穌、即上帝曾由彼所行於爾中之大能異蹟奇兆、表著於爾、如爾所知者、

彼得又曰以色列人乎、宜聽我言、爾知上帝以拿撒勒耶穌、行妙用、奇事異跡、於爾中、實為耶穌立據以示爾、

彼得又曰、以色列人、宜聽我言、天主以拿撒勒耶穌、施行異能奇事妙跡於爾曹中、為耶穌立據以示爾、爾曹皆知之、

義塞人乎、當聆吾言！天主藉納匝勒人耶穌、以異能神蹟行於爾中、而為之證、是固爾所知者。

“ Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know.

“ Fellow Israelites, listen to this! Jesus of Nazareth was a man who had God’s approval. God did miracles, wonders and signs among you through Jesus. You yourselves know this.

“ Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man attested to you by God with mighty works and wonders and signs that God did through him in your midst, as you yourselves know—

“ People of Israel, listen! God publicly endorsed Jesus the Nazarene by doing powerful miracles, wonders, and signs through him, as you well know.

“ Fellow Israelites, listen to these words: This Jesus of Nazareth was a man attested to you by God with miracles, wonders, and signs that God did among you through him, just as you yourselves know.

“ Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a Man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know—

“ Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know—

“ Men of Israel, listen to these words: This Jesus the Nazarene was a man pointed out to you by God with miracles, wonders, and signs that God did among you through Him, just as you yourselves know.

“ Men of Israel, listen to these words: Jesus the Nazarene, a man clearly attested to you by God with powerful deeds, wonders, and miraculous signs that God performed among you through him, just as you yourselves know–

“ Men of Israel, hear these words! Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved by God to you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him among you, even as you yourselves know,

the same came unto him by night, and said to him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that thou doest, except God be with him.

Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I say unto you I speak not from myself: but the Father abiding in me doeth his works.Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.

But if I by the Spirit of God cast out demons, then is the kingdom of God come upon you.

But if I by the finger of God cast out demons, then is the kingdom of God come upon you.

God also bearing witness with them, both by signs and wonders, and by manifold powers, and by gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to his own will.

But when the multitudes saw it, they were afraid, and glorified God, who had given such authority unto men.

be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even in him doth this man stand here before you whole.

Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou believedst, thou shouldest see the glory of God?So they took away the stone. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou heardest me.And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the multitude that standeth around I said it, that they may believe that thou didst send me.

for we have heard him say, that this Jesus of Nazareth shall destroy this place, and shall change the customs which Moses delivered unto us.

that saying ye yourselves know, which was published throughout all Judæa, beginning from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached;even Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed him with the Holy Spirit and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

And when they were come, and had gathered the church together, they rehearsed all things that God had done with them, and that he had opened a door of faith unto the Gentiles.

The multitude therefore that was with him when he called Lazarus out of the tomb, and raised him from the dead, bare witness.

If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.

The chief priests therefore and the Pharisees gathered a council, and said, What do we? for this man doeth many signs.

When therefore the people saw the sign which he did, they said, This is of a truth the prophet that cometh into the world.

Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith Jehovah, and thy Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.

And Pilate wrote a title also, and put it on the cross. And there was written, JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS.

But the witness which I have is greater than that of John; for the works which the Father hath given me to accomplish, the very works that I do, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me.

Now when John heard in the prison the works of the Christ, he sent by his disciplesand said unto him, Art thou he that cometh, or look we for another?And Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and tell John the things which ye hear and see:the blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, and the dead are raised up, and the poor have good tidings preached to them.And blessed is he, whosoever shall find no occasion of stumbling in me.

I verily thought with myself that I ought to do many things contrary to the name of Jesus of Nazareth.

Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, by signs and wonders and mighty works.

And Paul stood up, and beckoning with the hand said, Men of Israel, and ye that fear God, hearken:

Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.

Work not for the food which perisheth, but for the food which abideth unto eternal life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him the Father, even God, hath sealed.

And when the men were come unto him, they said, John the Baptist hath sent us unto thee, saying, Art thou he that cometh, or look we for another?In that hour he cured many of diseases and plagues and evil spirits; and on many that were blind he bestowed sight.And he answered and said unto them, Go and tell John the things which ye have seen and heard; the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, the poor have good tidings preached to them.And blessed is he, whosoever shall find no occasion of stumbling in me.

And one of them, named Cleopas, answering said unto him, Dost thou alone sojourn in Jerusalem and not know the things which are come to pass there in these days?

But of the multitude many believed on him; and they said, When the Christ shall come, will he do more signs than those which this man hath done?

And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this man? or why fasten ye your eyes on us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made him to walk?

And I answered, Who art thou, Lord? And he said unto me, I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom thou persecutest.

crying out, Men of Israel, help: This is the man that teacheth all men everywhere against the people, and the law, and this place; and moreover he brought Greeks also into the temple, and hath defiled this holy place.

And he said unto them, Ye men of Israel, take heed to yourselves as touching these men, what ye are about to do.

But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh even until now, and I work.For this cause therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only brake the sabbath, but also called God his own Father, making himself equal with God.Jesus therefore answered and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father doing: for what things soever he doeth, these the Son also doeth in like manner.For the Father loveth the Son, and showeth him all things that himself doeth: and greater works than these will he show him, that ye may marvel.

Jesus therefore said unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will in no wise believe.

and came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth; that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through the prophets, that he should be called a Nazarene.

For we have found this man a pestilent fellow, and a mover of insurrections among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes:

If this man were not from God, he could do nothing.

If I had not done among them the works which none other did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.

For the king knoweth of these things, unto whom also I speak freely: for I am persuaded that none of these things is hidden from him; for this hath not been done in a corner.
