然而，我蒙上帝的帮助，直到今日还站立得稳，向尊贵的和卑微的作见证。我所讲的，并不外乎众先知和摩西所说将来必成的事，就是基督必须受害，并且首先从死人中复活，把亮光传给犹太人和外邦人。”

立刻在各会堂里传扬耶稣，说他是上帝的儿子。凡听见的人都很惊奇，说：“在耶路撒冷残害求告这名的不就是这个人吗？他不是到这里来要捆绑他们，带到祭司长那里去吗？”但扫罗越发有能力，驳倒住在大马士革的犹太人，证明耶稣是基督。

到了以弗所，保罗就把他们留在那里，自己进了会堂，和犹太人辩论。
