祇緣酖彼荒淫酒、列國遭譴悉紛崩；百王受狐惑、頹然與之淫；眾賈沾餘瀝、奢侈醉其心。

斯輩貪污成性、巧言如簧、以爾等為營利之具。若而人者、罪案夙定。天網恢恢、固無所逃於天地間也。
