但邪灵回答他们：“耶稣我知道，保罗我也认识，你们却是谁呢？”

邪灵回答说：“耶稣，我认识；保罗，我也知道。但你们是谁？”

邪灵回答他们：“耶稣我认识，保罗我也知道；你们是谁？”

邪灵回答他们，说：“耶稣我认识，保罗我也知道！但你们呢？你们是谁？”

惡鬼回答他們說：「耶穌我認識，保羅我也知道。你們卻是誰呢？」

但邪靈回答他們：「耶穌我知道，保羅我也認識，你們卻是誰呢？」

但邪靈回答他們：「耶穌我知道，保羅我也認識，你們卻是誰呢？」

邪靈回答說：「耶穌，我認識；保羅，我也知道。但你們是誰？」

邪靈回答他們：“耶穌我認識，保羅我也知道；你們是誰？”

惡靈卻回答他們說：『耶穌我認識，保羅我知道；你們呢、是誰？』

邪靈回答他們，說：「耶穌我認識，保羅我也知道！但你們呢？你們是誰？」

邪鬼應之曰、我知耶穌、亦識保羅、爾曹誰也、

惡神曰、我知耶穌、識保羅、爾曹誰耶、

魔曰、耶穌我知之、保羅我識之、爾曹誰耶、

然厲鬼答之曰：『耶穌予所識、葆樂予所知；顧爾為何許人耶？』

One day the evil spirit answered them,“ Jesus I know, and Paul I know about, but who are you?”

One day the evil spirit answered them,“ I know Jesus. And I know about Paul. But who are you?”

But the evil spirit answered them,“ Jesus I know, and Paul I recognize, but who are you?”

But one time when they tried it, the evil spirit replied,“ I know Jesus, and I know Paul, but who are you?”

The evil spirit answered them,“ I know Jesus, and I recognize Paul— but who are you?”

But the evil spirit responded and said to them,“ I recognize Jesus, and I know of Paul, but who are you?”

And the evil spirit answered and said,“ Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?”

And the evil spirit answered and said unto them, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?

The evil spirit answered them,“ I know Jesus, and I recognize Paul— but who are you?”

And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?

But the evil spirit replied to them,“ I know about Jesus and I am acquainted with Paul, but who are you?”

The evil spirit answered,“ Jesus I know, and Paul I know, but who are you?”

She followed Paul and the rest of us, shouting,“ These men are servants of the Most High God, who are telling you the way to be saved.”She kept this up for many days. Finally Paul became so annoyed that he turned around and said to the spirit,“ In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to come out of her!” At that moment the spirit left her. (niv)

Then Jesus asked him,“ What is your name?”“ My name is Legion,” he replied,“ for we are many.”And he begged Jesus again and again not to send them out of the area.A large herd of pigs was feeding on the nearby hillside.The demons begged Jesus,“ Send us among the pigs; allow us to go into them.”He gave them permission, and the impure spirits came out and went into the pigs. The herd, about two thousand in number, rushed down the steep bank into the lake and were drowned. (niv)

Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman,“ Did God really say,‘ You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?”The woman said to the serpent,“ We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden,but God did say,‘ You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’”“ You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman.“ For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” (niv)

“ What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are— the Holy One of God!” (niv)

In the synagogue there was a man possessed by a demon, an impure spirit. He cried out at the top of his voice,“ Go away! What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are— the Holy One of God!”“ Be quiet!” Jesus said sternly.“ Come out of him!” Then the demon threw the man down before them all and came out without injuring him. (niv)

and Jesus healed many who had various diseases. He also drove out many demons, but he would not let the demons speak because they knew who he was. (niv)

Finally, a spirit came forward, stood before the Lord and said,‘ I will entice him.’“‘ By what means?’ the Lord asked.“‘ I will go out and be a deceiving spirit in the mouths of all his prophets,’ he said.“‘ You will succeed in enticing him,’ said the Lord.‘ Go and do it.’“ So now the Lord has put a deceiving spirit in the mouths of all these prophets of yours. The Lord has decreed disaster for you.” (niv)

When he saw Jesus, he cried out and fell at his feet, shouting at the top of his voice,“ What do you want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I beg you, don’t torture me!”For Jesus had commanded the impure spirit to come out of the man. Many times it had seized him, and though he was chained hand and foot and kept under guard, he had broken his chains and had been driven by the demon into solitary places.Jesus asked him,“ What is your name?”“ Legion,” he replied, because many demons had gone into him.And they begged Jesus repeatedly not to order them to go into the Abyss.A large herd of pigs was feeding there on the hillside. The demons begged Jesus to let them go into the pigs, and he gave them permission. (niv)

“ What do you want with us, Son of God?” they shouted.“ Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?”Some distance from them a large herd of pigs was feeding.The demons begged Jesus,“ If you drive us out, send us into the herd of pigs.” (niv)
