The evil spirit answered them,“ I know Jesus, and I recognize Paul— but who are you?”

但邪灵回答他们：“耶稣我知道，保罗我也认识，你们却是谁呢？”

但邪灵回答他们：“耶稣我知道，保罗我也认识，你们却是谁呢？”

邪灵回答说：“耶稣，我认识；保罗，我也知道。但你们是谁？”

邪灵回答他们：“耶稣我认识，保罗我也知道；你们是谁？”

邪灵回答他们，说：“耶稣我认识，保罗我也知道！但你们呢？你们是谁？”

惡鬼回答他們說：「耶穌我認識，保羅我也知道。你們卻是誰呢？」

但邪靈回答他們：「耶穌我知道，保羅我也認識，你們卻是誰呢？」

但邪靈回答他們：「耶穌我知道，保羅我也認識，你們卻是誰呢？」

邪靈回答說：「耶穌，我認識；保羅，我也知道。但你們是誰？」

邪靈回答他們：“耶穌我認識，保羅我也知道；你們是誰？”

惡靈卻回答他們說：『耶穌我認識，保羅我知道；你們呢、是誰？』

邪靈回答他們，說：「耶穌我認識，保羅我也知道！但你們呢？你們是誰？」

邪鬼應之曰、我知耶穌、亦識保羅、爾曹誰也、

惡神曰、我知耶穌、識保羅、爾曹誰耶、

魔曰、耶穌我知之、保羅我識之、爾曹誰耶、

然厲鬼答之曰：『耶穌予所識、葆樂予所知；顧爾為何許人耶？』

One day the evil spirit answered them,“ Jesus I know, and Paul I know about, but who are you?”

One day the evil spirit answered them,“ I know Jesus. And I know about Paul. But who are you?”

But the evil spirit answered them,“ Jesus I know, and Paul I recognize, but who are you?”

But one time when they tried it, the evil spirit replied,“ I know Jesus, and I know Paul, but who are you?”

But the evil spirit responded and said to them,“ I recognize Jesus, and I know of Paul, but who are you?”

And the evil spirit answered and said,“ Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?”

And the evil spirit answered and said unto them, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?

The evil spirit answered them,“ I know Jesus, and I recognize Paul— but who are you?”

And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?

But the evil spirit replied to them,“ I know about Jesus and I am acquainted with Paul, but who are you?”

The evil spirit answered,“ Jesus I know, and Paul I know, but who are you?”

As she followed Paul and us she cried out,“ These men, who are proclaiming to you a way of salvation, are the servants of the Most High God.”She did this for many days. Paul was greatly annoyed. Turning to the spirit, he said,“ I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her!” And it came out right away.

“ What is your name?” he asked him.“ My name is Legion,” he answered him,“ because we are many.”And he begged him earnestly not to send them out of the region.A large herd of pigs was there, feeding on the hillside.The demons begged him,“ Send us to the pigs, so that we may enter them.”So he gave them permission, and the unclean spirits came out and entered the pigs. The herd of about two thousand rushed down the steep bank into the sea and drowned there.

Now the serpent was the most cunning of all the wild animals that the LORD God had made. He said to the woman,“ Did God really say,‘ You can’t eat from any tree in the garden’?”The woman said to the serpent,“ We may eat the fruit from the trees in the garden.But about the fruit of the tree in the middle of the garden, God said,‘ You must not eat it or touch it, or you will die.’”“ No! You will certainly not die,” the serpent said to the woman.“ In fact, God knows that when you eat it your eyes will be opened and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

“ What do you have to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are— the Holy One of God!”

In the synagogue there was a man with an unclean demonic spirit who cried out with a loud voice,“ Leave us alone! What do you have to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are— the Holy One of God!”But Jesus rebuked him and said,“ Be silent and come out of him!” And throwing him down before them, the demon came out of him without hurting him at all.

and he healed many who were sick with various diseases and drove out many demons. And he would not permit the demons to speak, because they knew him.

“ Then a spirit came forward, stood in the LORD’s presence, and said,‘ I will entice him.’“ The LORD asked him,‘ How?’“ He said,‘ I will go and become a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’“ Then he said,‘ You will certainly entice him and prevail. Go and do that.’“ You see, the LORD has put a lying spirit into the mouth of all these prophets of yours, and the LORD has pronounced disaster against you.”

When he saw Jesus, he cried out, fell down before him, and said in a loud voice,“ What do you have to do with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I beg you, don’t torment me!”For he had commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man. Many times it had seized him, and though he was guarded, bound by chains and shackles, he would snap the restraints and be driven by the demon into deserted places.“ What is your name?” Jesus asked him.“ Legion,” he said, because many demons had entered him.And they begged him not to banish them to the abyss.A large herd of pigs was there, feeding on the hillside. The demons begged him to permit them to enter the pigs, and he gave them permission.

Suddenly they shouted,“ What do you have to do with us, Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the time?”A long way off from them, a large herd of pigs was feeding.“ If you drive us out,” the demons begged him,“ send us into the herd of pigs.”
