誰都不可自欺！如果你們中間有人自以為在這個世代中是有智慧的，他就應該變為愚拙，好成為有智慧的，

讓智慧人聽了，就增添學問，讓有悟性的人得到指引，

於是耶穌從摩西和所有的先知開始，向他們解釋了經上一切關於自己的話。

也為我祈求，好使我在開口的時候被賜予話語，能坦然無懼地讓人明白福音的奧祕——為此，我成了帶鎖鏈的特使。請為我祈求，使我能照著應該說的，放膽傳道。

於是他們和保羅定好了日子，就有更多的人來到他的住所。保羅從早到晚對他們講解，為神的國鄭重地做見證，並且引用摩西的律法和先知書上有關耶穌的事來勸導他們。

你們要在我們的主、救主耶穌基督的恩典和知識中不斷長進。願榮耀歸於他，從現在直到永遠之日！阿們。

如果有人自以為知道了什麼，照著應該知道的，他還是不知道。

你當側耳聽從智慧人的話語，你的心要專注於我的知識；如果你心中謹守它們，又隨時預備在嘴唇上，那實在美妙！

太監回答說：「如果沒有人指教我，我怎麼能明白呢？」他就請腓利上來和他同坐。

這個人已經在主的道上受了教導，靈裡火熱，並仔細地講論和教導有關耶穌的事，可是他只知道約翰的洗禮。

所以眼睛不能對手說：「我不需要你！」頭也不能對兩腳說：「我不需要你們！」

我確實地告訴你們：無論誰不像小孩子一樣接受神的國，就絕不能進去。」

在聽從者的耳中，智慧的責備就如金環和黃金飾品。

「你要放開喉嚨，不要止住，揚起聲音，如同號角！你要向我的子民宣告他們的過犯，向雅各家宣告他們的罪惡。
