主人说：‘我告诉你们，凡是有的，还要给他；没有的，就算他有什么也要拿去。

“我实在告诉你们，如果你们不回转，变成像小孩子一样，一定不能进天国。所以，凡谦卑像这小孩子的，他在天国里是最大的。

人若愿意遵行神的旨意，就会知道这教训是出于神，还是我凭着自己的意思说的。

谁也不要自欺。如果你们当中有人以为自己在这世代里是有智慧的，他就应该变为愚笨，好让他有智慧。

使智慧人听了，可以增长学问，使聪明人听了，可以获得智谋；

于是他从摩西和众先知起，把所有关于自己的经文，都给他们解释明白了。

也要为我祈求，使我传讲的时候，得着当说的话，可以坦然无惧地讲明福音的奥秘，（我为这奥秘作了被捆锁的使者），也使我按着应当说的，放胆宣讲这福音的奥秘。

他们和保罗约好了一个日子，到那日有很多人到他的住所来见他。他从早到晚向他们讲解，为神的国竭力作见证，引用摩西的律法和先知的话劝他们信耶稣。

智慧人的责备在听从的人耳中，好像金耳环和精金的饰物。

你要张开喉咙呼叫，不可停止；你要提高声音，像吹号角一样；你要向我子民宣告他们的过犯，向雅各家陈明他们的罪恶。
