神使死人复活，你们为什么判断为不可信呢？

保罗这样申诉时，非斯都大声说：“保罗，你疯了！你的学问太大，反使你疯了！”保罗说：“非斯都大人，我不是疯了，我说的乃是真实和清醒的话。

因为他说：“在悦纳的时候，我应允了你；在拯救的日子，我帮助了你。”看哪，现在正是悦纳的时候！看哪，现在正是拯救的日子！

不过，有几样辩论是有关他们自己敬鬼神的事，以及一个名叫耶稣的人，他已经死了，保罗却说他是活着的。

因为他已经定了日子，要藉着他所设立的人按公义审判天下，并且使他从死人中复活，给万人作可信的凭据。”

所以，正如圣灵所说：“今日，你们若听他的话，就不可硬着心，像在背叛之时，就如在旷野受试探之日。

我们为基督的缘故成为愚拙的；你们在基督里倒是聪明的。我们软弱，你们倒强壮；你们有荣耀，我们倒被藐视。

众人异口同声地推辞。头一个对他说：‘我买了一块地，必须去看看。请你准我辞了。’

他们却嘲笑神的使者，藐视他的话，讥诮他的先知，以致耶和华向他的百姓大发烈怒，甚至无法可救。

你们若转向耶和华，你们的弟兄和儿女必在掳掠他们的人面前蒙怜悯，得以归回这地，因为耶和华—你们的神有恩惠，有怜悯。你们若转向他，他必不会转脸不顾你们。”信差从这城跑到那城，传遍了以法莲和玛拿西之地，直到西布伦；那里的人却戏笑他们，讥诮他们。然而亚设、玛拿西、西布伦中也有人谦卑自己，来到耶路撒冷。

又有人忍受戏弄、鞭打、捆锁、监禁、各等的磨炼；

希律和他的士兵就藐视耶稣，戏弄他，给他穿上华丽的衣服，把他送回彼拉多那里去。

‘要观看，你们这些藐视的人，要惊讶，要灭亡，因为在你们的日子，我行一件事，虽有人告诉你们，你们总是不信。’”

我们却是传被钉十字架的基督，这对犹太人是绊脚石，对外邦人是愚拙；

这样，我们也当走出营外，到他那里去，忍受他所受的凌辱。

罗得出去，告诉娶了他女儿的女婿们说：“起来，离开这地方，因为耶和华要毁灭这城。”他的女婿们却以为他说的是笑话。
