听从我、日日在我门口仰望、在我门框旁边等候的，那人便为有福。

二人在以哥念同进犹太人的会堂，在那里讲的，叫犹太人和希腊人信的很多。但那不顺从的犹太人耸动外邦人，叫他们心里恼恨弟兄。二人在那里住了多日，倚靠主放胆讲道，主藉他们的手施行神迹奇事，证明他的恩道。城里的众人就分了党，有附从犹太人的，有附从使徒的。

因此我被耶和华的忿怒充满，难以含忍。“我要倾在街中的孩童和聚会的少年人身上，连夫带妻，并年老的与日子满足的都必被擒拿。

智慧在街市上呼喊，在宽阔处发声，在热闹街头喊叫，在城门口，在城中发出言语，说：“你们愚昧人喜爱愚昧，亵慢人喜欢亵慢，愚顽人恨恶知识，要到几时呢？

因为那时，人要专顾自己，贪爱钱财，自夸，狂傲，谤讟，违背父母，忘恩负义，心不圣洁，

有虔诚的人把司提反埋葬了，为他捶胸大哭。

他是个虔诚人，他和全家都敬畏神，多多周济百姓，常常祷告神。

有敬虔的外貌，却背了敬虔的实意；这等人你要躲开。
