我儕如是戀慕爾、願賜爾不第以天主之福音、乃以己之生命、因爾為我儕所愛也、

無論希拉人、化外人、智人、愚人、我皆如負其債、

又謂之曰、爾曹往普天下、傳福音於萬民、

此奧妙傳於異邦人中、蓋天主欲使聖徒知此奧妙之大榮此奧妙之大榮原文作此奧妙之榮之豐富何如、此奧妙即基督在爾中、使爾賴之可望得榮、我儕傳基督、以諸智慧勸戒各人、教誨各人、欲使各人因信基督耶穌、得以成全而立於其前、

我在眾聖徒中、雖為至微者、猶蒙天主賜恩、使我於異邦人中、傳基督不可測之富有、
