Some time later Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let us go back and visit the believers in all the towns where we preached the word of the Lord and see how they are doing.”

Some time later Paul spoke to Barnabas.“ Let’s go back to all the towns where we preached the word of the Lord,” he said.“ Let’s visit the believers and see how they are doing.”

And after some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let us return and visit the brothers in every city where we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they are.”

After some time Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s go back and visit each city where we previously preached the word of the Lord, to see how the new believers are doing.”

After some time had passed, Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s go back and visit the brothers and sisters in every town where we have preached the word of the Lord and see how they’re doing.”

After some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s return and visit the brothers and sisters in every city in which we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they are.”

Then after some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let us now go back and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they are doing.”

And after some days Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us return now and visit the brethren in every city wherein we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they fare.

After some time had passed, Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s go back and visit the brothers in every town where we have preached the message of the Lord and see how they’re doing.”

And some days after Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord,[ and see] how they do.

After some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s return and visit the brothers in every town where we proclaimed the word of the Lord to see how they are doing.”

After some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s return now and visit our brothers in every city in which we proclaimed the word of the Lord, to see how they are doing.”

保羅和他的同伴從帕弗開船，來到旁非利亞的別加，約翰卻離開他們，回耶路撒冷去了。他們從別加往前行，來到彼西底的安提阿。在安息日，他們進了會堂就坐下。

使徒知道了，就逃到呂高尼的路司得和特庇兩個城，以及周圍地方去，

他們既蒙聖靈差遣，就下到西流基，從那裏坐船往塞浦路斯去，

二人對着眾人跺掉腳上的塵土，然後往以哥念去了。

二人經過彼西底來到旁非利亞，在別加講了道，就下亞大利去，

我們晝夜切切祈求要見你們的面，來補足你們信心的不足。願我們的父上帝自己和我們的主耶穌，為我們開路到你們那裏去。

同樣的事也發生在以哥念。保羅和巴拿巴進了猶太人的會堂，在那裏講道，所以有很多猶太人和希臘人都信了。

保羅和巴拿巴對那城裏的人傳了福音，使好些人成為門徒後，又回路司得、以哥念、安提阿去，

「他到了四十歲，心中起意去看望他的弟兄以色列人。

我一想起你的眼淚，就急切想見你，好讓我滿心快樂。

我赤身露體，你們給我穿；我病了，你們看顧我；我在監獄裏，你們來看我。』

最重要的是：你們行事為人要與基督的福音相稱，這樣，無論我來見你們，或不在你們那裏，都可以聽到你們的景況，知道你們同有一個心志，站立得穩，為福音的信仰齊心努力，

我流浪在外，你們沒有留我住；我赤身露體，你們沒有給我穿；我病了，我在監獄裏，你們沒有來看顧我。』

但是，提摩太剛從你們那裏回來，將你們信心和愛心的好消息報給我們，又說你們常常記念我們，切切想見我們，如同我們想見你們一樣。

於是，摩西回到他岳父葉特羅那裏，對他說：「請你讓我回埃及我同胞那裏，看他們還在不在。」葉特羅對摩西說：「平平安安地去吧！」

除了這些外表的事以外，我還有為眾教會操心的事天天壓在我身上。

因為我迫切地想見你們，要把一些屬靈的恩賜分給你們，使你們得以堅固，

耶和華－以色列的上帝論到那些牧養他百姓的牧人如此說：「你們趕散我的羊羣，並未看顧他們；看哪，我必懲罰你們的惡行。這是耶和華說的。

弟兄們，我們被迫暫時與你們分離，身體離開，心卻沒有；我們極力想法子，渴望見你們的面。所以我們很想到你們那裏去。我－保羅有一兩次要去，只是撒但阻擋了我們。
