Some time later Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let us go back and visit the believers in all the towns where we preached the word of the Lord and see how they are doing.”

Some time later Paul spoke to Barnabas.“ Let’s go back to all the towns where we preached the word of the Lord,” he said.“ Let’s visit the believers and see how they are doing.”

And after some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let us return and visit the brothers in every city where we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they are.”

After some time Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s go back and visit each city where we previously preached the word of the Lord, to see how the new believers are doing.”

After some time had passed, Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s go back and visit the brothers and sisters in every town where we have preached the word of the Lord and see how they’re doing.”

After some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s return and visit the brothers and sisters in every city in which we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they are.”

Then after some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let us now go back and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they are doing.”

And after some days Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us return now and visit the brethren in every city wherein we proclaimed the word of the Lord, and see how they fare.

After some time had passed, Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s go back and visit the brothers in every town where we have preached the message of the Lord and see how they’re doing.”

And some days after Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord,[ and see] how they do.

After some days Paul said to Barnabas,“ Let’s return and visit the brothers in every town where we proclaimed the word of the Lord to see how they are doing.”

保羅和同伴從帕弗開船，來到旁非利亞的別加；約翰就離開他們，回耶路撒冷去。他們卻從別加走過去，來到彼西底的安提阿，在安息之日進會堂裏坐下。

他們看透了情勢，就逃難到呂高尼的路司得特庇兩個城、和周圍地區；

他們既被聖靈差出，就下西流基，從那裏開航往居比路。

他們呢、就對着他們抖掉腳上的飛塵，往以哥念去了。

二人經過彼西底，來到旁非利亞；在別加講了道，就下亞大利；

在以哥念、二人同樣地進了猶太人的會堂，講得一大羣人都信了，不但有猶太人，也有希尼利人。

他們對那城傳福音，使好些人做門徒，就回路司得、以哥念、安提阿，

『約四十歲的時候、他心中起意，要去看望看望他的同胞以色列人。

黑夜白日地惦念着；一想起你所流的眼淚，我就切慕要見你，好讓我滿有喜樂。

我赤着身子，你們給我穿；我病了，你們看望我；我在監裏，你們來看我。」

不過你們作公民、總要對得起基督的福音，使我或者來、而見着你們，或者不在一起、而是只聽見你們的情形，得知你們都有一樣的精神站穩，一心一意為福音的信仰而共同競鬥，

我做旅客，你們沒有款接我；我赤着身子，你們沒有給我穿；我病了，我在監裏，你們沒有看望我。」

現在提摩太既從你們那裏到我們這裏來了，他將你們信心和愛心的好消息報告我們；說你們對我們常親切地惦念着、切慕要見我們，正如我們切慕要見你們一樣。

於是摩西就去，回到他岳父葉忒羅那裏，對他說：『請容我走，讓我回去見我埃及的同胞，看他們還在不在。』葉忒羅對摩西說：『你安安然然去吧。』

除了這些外表的事，還有天天壓着我的職務、那為眾教會掛慮的事呢。

因為我切慕要見你們，可以把屬靈的恩賜分給你們，使你們得堅固。

因此永恆主以色列的上帝為了斥責那些牧養他人民的牧民者就這麼說：『你們、使我的羊羣四散，而趕逐他們，並沒有巡察而看顧他們。看吧，我必鑒察你們行為之敗壞而察罰你們：這是永恆主發神諭說的。

我們呢、弟兄們，我們既如喪失父母的孤兒和你們暫時地分離——面目分離，心卻不分離——就越發竭力地想法子、很切願地要見你們的面。因為我們真地想要到你們那裏去：我保羅有一次兩次要去，撒但卻給我們截斷了去路。
