經云：厥事之後吾當歸、重建大維之殘帷。收拾廢墟築新宅、萬象煥然映朝輝。

其言曰、大闢之宅、已傾圮矣、今而後、我將反而復起之、復起其頹垣而再建之、

此後我將返而復建大衛傾覆之室、其頹圮者、復建而立之、

“‘ After this I will return and rebuild David’s fallen tent. Its ruins I will rebuild, and I will restore it,

將孕育一子、當名之曰耶穌。偉哉斯人、宜稱至尊者之子、天主將錫以厥父大維之御座、永王雅谷伯之家、國祚無疆。』

盟約焉可廢。言出豈能更。吾既向大維。立誓見吾誠。後嗣必常興。宗室如大明。明證懸中天。有如月之恆。』今者竟何如。棄置莫復論。昔蒙爾膏澤。今遭爾之瞋。盟約見厭惡。冠冕委垢塵。屏藩盡被撤。岑樓悉淪泯。行人恣劫奪。鄰邦咸相輕。敵人蒙提拔。洋洋喜氣騰。大維遭顚覆。寶劍喪鋒棱。光輝入明夷。皇輿遭覆輪。年壯氣已衰。恥辱實頻仍。何時開聖顏。何時息炎烝。應憐年光促。人生似浮萍。誰能無老死。誰能逃幽冥。

方思維其事、而上主天神見於夢曰：『大維子若瑟、毋以納瑪莉雅為慮；渠所孕者、實自聖神、行舉一子、宜名之曰耶穌；彼將濟其子民於眾罪也。』凡此皆所以應驗主假先知而言者曰：『淑哉貞女、懷孕誕子、『人將呼之、愛瑪努爾。』愛瑪努爾者、主與我偕之謂也。若瑟既寤、遵上主天神之示、納其妻、未嘗識之、及子生、名之曰耶穌。

救主崛興、大維之府；先知夙言、今乃見符；
