He listened to Paul as he was speaking. Paul looked directly at him, saw that he had faith to be healed

He listened as Paul spoke. Paul looked right at him. He saw that the man had faith to be healed.

And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us.

And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord.Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.

Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great[ is] thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.

Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things[ are] possible to him that believeth.And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.

But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.

I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house.And immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went forth before them all; insomuch that they were all amazed, and glorified God, saying, We never saw it on this fashion.

When Jesus heard[ it], he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.

When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.

And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth[ his] hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean.
