Because he saith also in another psalm, Thou wilt not give thy Holy One to see corruption.

“又有一篇上说：‘你必不叫你的圣者见朽坏。’

故詩又云、爾必不令爾聖者朽壞、

詩有云、爾必不俾爾聖者朽壞、

詩篇又一篇云、爾必不使爾聖者朽壞、

而另一聖詠又曰：「不容聖者身、沾染朽腐痕。」

So it is also stated elsewhere:“‘ You will not let your holy one see decay.’

In another place it also says,“‘ You will not let your holy one rot away.’( Psalm 16:10)

Therefore he says also in another psalm,“‘ You will not let your Holy One see corruption.’

Another psalm explains it more fully:‘ You will not allow your Holy One to rot in the grave.’

Therefore he also says in another passage, You will not let your Holy One see decay.

Therefore, He also says in another Psalm:‘ You will not allow Your Holy One to undergo decay.’

Therefore He also says in another Psalm:‘ You will not allow Your Holy One to see corruption.’

Therefore He also says in another passage, You will not allow Your Holy One to see decay.

Wherefore he saith also in another[ psalm], Thou shalt not suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

For David, after he had in his own generation served the counsel of God, fell asleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption:but he whom God raised up saw no corruption.

And it had been revealed unto him by the Holy Spirit, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord’s Christ.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my word, he shall never see death.

By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and he was not found, because God translated him: for he hath had witness borne to him that before his translation he had been well- pleasing unto God:

That he should still live alway, That he should not see corruption.

What man is he that shall live and not see death, That shall deliver his soul from the power of Sheol?[ Selah

He that believeth on the Son hath eternal life; but he that obeyeth not the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him.
