應當一無掛慮，只要凡事藉着禱告、祈求和感謝，將你們所要的告訴神。神所賜那超越人所能了解的平安，必在基督耶穌裏，保守你們的心懷意念。

所以，我們可以勇敢地說：「主是我的幫助，我必不懼怕。人能把我怎麼樣呢？」

堅心倚賴你的，你必保守他十分平安，因為他倚靠你。你們當倚靠耶和華，直到永遠，因為耶和華，耶和華是永遠的磐石。

亞伯拉罕給那地方起名叫「耶和華以勒」。直到今日人還說：「在耶和華的山上必有預備。」

看守的人嚇得渾身顫抖，甚至和死人一樣。

我躺下，我睡覺，我醒來，耶和華都保佑我。雖有成萬的百姓周圍攻擊我，我也不懼怕。

我為這福音的奧祕作了帶鐵鏈的使者，讓我能照着當盡的本分放膽宣講。

掃羅在山的這一邊走，大衛和他的人在山的那一邊。大衛急忙躲避掃羅，掃羅和他的人正四面圍住大衛和他的人，要捉拿他們。有使者來對掃羅說：「非利士人入境搶掠，請快快回去！」

為這緣故，我請你們來見我當面談話，我原是為以色列人所指望的那位才被這鐵鏈捆綁的。」

我必平安地躺下睡覺，因為獨有你－耶和華使我安然居住。

說：「我們看見監牢關得很緊，警衛也站在門外，但打開門來，裏面一個人都不見。」

看哪，現在我解開你手上的鏈子，你若看與我同往巴比倫去好，就可以去，我必厚待你；你若看與我同往巴比倫去不好，就不必去。看哪，全地在你面前，你以為哪裏美好，哪裏合宜，只管去吧

我曾說，我要粉碎他們，使他們的名從人間消失。
