應當毫無憂慮，只要凡事藉著禱告祈求，帶著感恩的心，把你們所要的告訴神。這樣，神所賜超過人能了解的平安，必在基督耶穌裡，保守你們的心思意念。

所以我們可以放膽說：“主是我的幫助，我決不害怕，人能把我怎麼樣呢？”

專心倚靠你的，你必保護他一切平安，因為他倚靠你。你們要倚靠耶和華，直到永遠，因為耶和華是永存的磐石。

亞伯拉罕給那地方起名叫“耶和華以勒”。直到今日，人還說：“在耶和華的山上必有預備。”

看守的人因為害怕他，就渾身戰抖，好像死了一樣。

我躺下，我睡覺，我醒來，都因耶和華在扶持著我。雖有千萬人包圍攻擊我，我也不怕。

（我為這奧祕作了被捆鎖的使者），也使我按著應當說的，放膽宣講這福音的奧祕。

掃羅在山這邊走，大衛和跟隨他的人卻在山那邊走。大衛匆匆忙忙逃避掃羅，掃羅和跟隨他的人卻四面包圍大衛和跟隨他的人，要把他們捉住。那時忽有使者來見掃羅說：“請你趕快回去，因為非利士人來突擊這地。”

因此，我請你們來見面談談。我原是為了以色列的盼望，才帶上這條鎖鍊的。”

我必平平安安躺下睡覺，因為只有你耶和華能使我安然居住。

“我們發現監門緊閉，獄卒也守在門外；等到開了門，裡面連一個人也找不到。”

我現在解開你手上的鐵鍊。你若認為與我一同到巴比倫去好，就一起去，我必好好照顧你；你若認為與我一同到巴比倫去不好，就不必去。看，全地都在你面前，你認為去哪裡好、哪裡合宜，就到哪裡去吧！”

我原想：“我要把他們分散到各處，把他們的名號都從人間除滅。”
