所有陪彼得一起来的割礼派的信徒，看见所赐的圣灵也被倾注在外邦人身上，都十分惊讶，

跟彼得一起來的那些嚴守割禮的信徒，看見聖靈的恩賜也澆灌到外族人身上，都很驚奇。

那些奉割禮、和彼得一同來的信徒，因聖靈這白白的恩賜居然也傾注於外國人身上，就驚奇。

所有陪彼得一起來的割禮派的信徒，看見所賜的聖靈也被傾注在外邦人身上，都十分驚訝，

奉割禮之信徒、偕彼得而來者、因聖神之賜、亦注於異邦人、則皆駭異、

奉割禮而信之人、偕彼得至、見聖神賦及異邦人、奇之、

與伯鐸祿偕來之信徒、割禮中人也；見聖神之恩賜、亦傾注於異邦人之身、殊為詫異、

彼得就請他們進去住宿。次日，他起身和他們同去，還有約帕的幾個弟兄跟他一起去。

彼得對他們說：「你們各人要悔改，奉耶穌基督的名受洗，使你們的罪得赦免，就會領受所賜的聖靈。

所以，你們要記得：從前你們按肉體是外邦人，是「沒受割禮的」；這名字是那些憑人手在肉身上「受割禮的人」所取的。

我們生來就是猶太人，不是外邦罪人；

我一開始講話，聖靈就降在他們身上，正像當初降在我們身上一樣。我就想起主的話如何說：『約翰用水施洗，但你們要在聖靈裏受洗。』既然上帝給他們恩賜，像在我們信主耶穌基督的時候給了我們一樣，我是誰，能攔阻上帝嗎？」眾人聽見這些話，就不說話了，只歸榮耀給上帝，說：「這樣看來，上帝也賜恩給外邦人，使他們悔改得生命了。」

你們從前在過犯和未受割禮的肉體中死了，上帝卻赦免了你們一切的過犯，使你們與基督一同活過來，塗去了在律例上所寫、敵對我們、束縛我們的字據，把它撤去，釘在十字架上。

既然基督為我們成了詛咒，就把我們從律法的詛咒中贖出來。因為經上記着：「凡掛在木頭上的都是受詛咒的。」這是要使亞伯拉罕的福，因着基督耶穌臨到外邦人，使我們能因信得着所應許的聖靈。

他既被高舉在上帝的右邊，又從父受了所應許的聖靈，就把你們所看見所聽見的，澆灌下來。

這奧祕在以前的世代沒有讓人知道，像如今藉着聖靈向他的聖使徒和先知啟示一樣，就是外邦人在基督耶穌裏，藉着福音，得以同為後嗣，同為一體，同為蒙應許的人。我作了這福音的僕役，是照着上帝的恩賜，是照他運行的大能賜給我的。雖然我比眾聖徒中最小的還小，他還賜我這恩典，讓我把基督那測不透的豐富傳給外邦人，

說：「你竟進入未受割禮之人當中，和他們一同吃飯！」
